Marvelous Apartment

We were impressed with the apartment on the website and even more when we entered. It was unusually well furnished and very comfortable. The view of sea from principal room was breathtaking. It was even better than we had expected from the photos on website. We were thrilled with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival. It was without doubt the cleanest apartment of our many years of renting vacation properties and for sure the best equipped. We appreciated the location as we could walk to Monoprix supermarket and bread and pastry shops as well as the markets and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. The walks along the sea were also so accessible and wonderful. But, we mostly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness from Mr. Rogier. He was so patient and kind with us explaining how all worked. When we needed help with the television or anything he came quickly to resolve the problem. We look forward to a return in the future. Thank you , Mr. Rogier for your outstanding management and for making this very special apartment available to others. David and Rose Fox, American expats.

Apparemment très bien situé, très lumineux. Il mériterait cependant un coup de fraîcheur car a l'exception des salles de bain, tout dedans y est vieillot. La literie est trop ancienne, les fauteuils et canapés très peu confortables, les rideaux et couvres lits poussiéreux. Dommage car cet endroit serait parfait si il était rénové .

Magnifique sejour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement : bien équipé, propre, fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire est très à l'ecoute et fait son maximum pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible.

Familienurlaub

Super Lage, nur durch die Uferstrasse vom Strand getrennt, Zebrastreifen werden von den Autofahrern beachtet. Sandstrand direkt vor dem Haus bietet nur Sand und Meer, Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind ein paar Minuten entfernt zu mieten Restaurants, Bistros, Eisdielen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Bahnhof mit TGV Halt, kleiner Sparmarkt, Bäckerei 5 Gehminuten. Supermarkt 7 Gehminuten. Tolle Wohnung, 1 Autostellplatz in der Tiefgarage, 1 Balkon mit Meerblick, 1 Balkon nach hinten hinaus, großes Wohn- Esszimmer, 1kpl Duschbad, 1kpl Wannenbad, 2 Schlafzimmer,1 mit modernen Geräten voll eingerichtete Küche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist eher altbacken, aber praktisch und qualitativ gut eingerichtet. Aber wen stört im Urlaub schon ein älterer Stil, wenn alles wichtige Tipptopp ist. 2 Sachen noch. 2TVs leider nur mit französischen Sendern und die Unterhaltung mit dem freundlichen Herrn Rogier kann auch nur in französisch erfolgen. Aber man ist ja schließlich in Frankreich. Ich kann Saint-Raphaël und die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!!! PS: Die 4 Sterne Bewertung für Kommunikation und Check in gibt es nur wegen der Sprachschwierigkeit und hat eigentlich auch 5 Sterne verdient.

Très bon séjour

Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement à Saint Raphaël. Tout est toujours aussi parfait. Mr Rogier est très gentil et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, toujours aussi réactif. L'appartement est très bien équipé et toujours aussi propre.

Un merveilleux séjour á Saint-Raphaël !

L'appartement en front de mer est lumineux, spacieux, facile d'accès et super équipé. Les restaurants et commerces sont à deux pas. La voiture peut rester au garage. Monsieur Rogier est très accueillant. Rien de négatif á formuler, c'est une location que nous recommandons sans retenue.
