The Historical Bank House Home Stay

We are 2 onsite/live in host welcoming you into our historical Bank home. We want to share this with others to give you a great stay with more to come. We are in Lawrence New Zealand and across from the Clutha cycle trail. We are 1hr 20minutes from Dunedin and 2 and half hours from Queenstown. We are welcome to family's that want to stay together and enjoy our amazing town weather it's for overnight or longer. Bookings are always essential; we are on the main road with street parking on the side of the property. We are in a location where you are just far enough away from the big as such yet still close enough to rest and enjoy the surroundings on your way to Queenstown.
We are not a Motel but a private home to where you enjoy a relaxing stop between destinations. As we have previously managed lodges we feel this is a great way for people to interact with each other and learn about others. As the host has her own private room and bathroom everything else is communal as in the kitchen the lounge area and dinning areas. Yes we still offer the lodge type of feeling and yet with privacy as well.
We also offer a Continental breakfast each day with no extra cost
Please all we ask for is total respect for the host and our home. We ask everyone to please sign our visitor book with where you are from ( city or country) we also provide slippers to be worn inside ( this is at your liking ) When you make a booking with us this means you fully agree with all house rules and the description
