Located in a dead end, our independent house, will seduce you by the proximity of the sandy beach, about 100m, its comfort and its brightness.
In a quiet area everything is brought together to make you spend a pleasant and relaxing stay 'with family or friends'.
A holiday for everyone: The joys of the beach, walks along the coast, visits to museums, discovering heritage or simply reading on the terrace.
The garden, enclosed by hedges, allows children to play in peace. No noise pollution, no busy road nearby.

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub 2016

Super Haus in bester Strandlage, Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, einfache und schnelle Beantwortung per E-Mail bei Buchung oder wenn Fragen aufgekommen sind, alles sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet,dieses Haus ist für einen Urlaub in der Bretagne nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Un très bon choix

Une belle maison vaste et récente, très calme et bien située, à 200 m d'une jolie petite plage de sable et à 3 km de la grande plage et du centre de Plouescat où l'on trouve tous les commerces (grandes surfaces notamment). Roscoff ou St-Pol de Léon sont à 25 mn en voiture, Morlaix pas beaucoup plus loin. A l'intérieur, on bénéficie de tout le confort souhaitable (cuisine entièrement équipée, télévision récente grand écran, canapés cuir...). Vous trouverez également des informations touristiques sur la région et même quelques livres dont certains en allemand. La terrasse de plain-pied et abritée est très appréciable, on peut y prendre ses repas ou s'y reposer et profiter du soleil, qui lors de notre séjour a brillé toute la semaine. Les propriétaires habitent la maison voisine et sont d'une discrétion absolue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Joly qui nous a offert avec beaucoup de gentillesse des produits régionaux. Bref, un lieu de vacances idéal pour tous ceux qui aiment la Bretagne, la mer et la tranquillité.

Bel endroit pour de belles vacances

Nos vacances à Plouescat ce sont mieux passées que nous ne l'avions envisagé car la météo a été très favorable (que du soleil!).Nous avons pleinement profité des longues journées de ce début juillet. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse et agréable à vivre. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le nécessaire (inutile de charger la voiture). La plage de sable fin est à aviron 100 m, elle est magnifique et a été le terrain de jeux préféré des enfants. Bref, un excellent séjours que nous renouvellerons certainement... Isabelle , Pedro et leurs 2 enfants

Haus mit Flair

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Ferienhaus, weil alles einfach wunderbar zusammenpasst und wir immer noch Neues entdecken. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Der großzügige Garten mit windgeschützter Terrasse und sehr guten Gartenmöbeln lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Strand ist grade mal 200 m um die Ecke. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für stundenlange Wanderungen und Radtouren am Meer entlang. Natur pur mit wildem tosendem Meer, bizarre Felsformationen oder romantischem Sonnenuntergang. Malerische Städtchen wie Roscoff, Locronan oder Morlaix laden zum Bummeln und Crêpes-Essen ein. Ein großes Plus sind die sehr hilfsbereiten und total netten Vermieter, die gerne Tipps geben für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Die Entdeckung dieses Hauses war eine Bereicherung für unsere Familienurlaube. Wir kommen auch bestimmt wieder.
