This is an absolutely beautiful and comfortable condo with lovely furnishings. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything. The towels were super plush. We were extremely impressed. We highly recommend it.

This condo is exceptionally beautiful and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We stayed in early October to attend the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, so no skiing. I would highly recommend this condo - several reasons: quiet location, comfortable, cleanliness, easy to contact the very helpful owner… 5 for us for sure!

Surprised to find a trash bag full of sheets on bench in the hallway not know if clean or dirty, towels all in dryer and wash clothes with beard hair all in them. Dishwasher was still showing on but I guess was done but bottom was full of dirty water so not sure if issue. I believe it was fine because we ran it and I checked it was good .

The place is perfectly situated close to downtown but yet on a quiet, pretty slice of property that allows for peace and quiet. It’s also the building in the development closest to the pool and tennis courts which is a huge win. There are also several nice trails right off the back of the condo.The unit is clean, bedding comfortable with all kinds of pantry staples on hand.It’s the perfect place to stay with family. We’ve come here twice and will likely be back. Al is always available via the app and is responsive.

Annual Ladies Shopping Getaway

Our second stay at this wonderful condo. Great location, close enough to shops and restaurants but off the beaten path so nice and quiet. The condo itself is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner is great, do yourself a favour and give this rental a try you'll be glad you do!
