TheDaytonaPenthouse is DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN !!! No other Hi-Rises to block your view, You are walking distance to Bars and Restaurants along the beach. You are 1mi to Publix and other shopping, 2mi from Seabreeze, Main St, and Stonewoods. You are less then 6mi from Daytona Speedway and 7mi from the ALL NEW Tanger Outlets .

Rare opportunity to vacation in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story oceanfront penthouse on the 19th and 20th floors of the desirable Horizons Condo on the ''World's Most Famous Beach.'' Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, spacious renovated kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. Bedroom with King size bed and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queens size beds and a private bath and the master bedroom holds a King bed and gorgeous renovated full bath. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks.

On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.

Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.

We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.

Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise is minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.

This is a great place in Daytona Beach! On the beach, penthouse condo, plenty of room, and a very well stocked kitchen. One of best rentals we have done on VRBO. No complaints at all. There is construction going on but it was not intrusive to the unit. If we ever need a place this large again in Daytona Beach, this would be our place.

The condo was great. Perfect location, kitchen amazingly well-equipped, Joe responded to inquiries very quickly, the balconies were perfect for the weather that was not conducive to being on the beach. I loved all the warm fuzzy blankets to wrap up in while sitting in the balcony reading and listening to the surf.

The condo and owner were wonderful. The only issue we had was a very rude cleaning lady.

Our cleaning lady was upset because your group destroyed our condo. When she walked in after your check out time and found you still there, she noticed there was garbage everywhere and you moved the furniture and didn't move it back. We have stained mattresses, a massive food or bodily stain on bedspread and stained sheets in a different bedroom, a permanently stained couch, a broken end table you propped up in corner hoping it wasn't found, 12 missing towels, food on floors and carpet left, feces from unsealed diapers leaked in garbage pails and on floor. On top of that you reserved for 6 but had over 12 guests the entire week. We have never experienced a group that left our condo in such disasterous shape and had no regard.for other people's property.

We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with and the property was as described. While they had exterior work being completed, it did not ruin our time. The beach is also a little slower so easy to find a spot without crowding. If we come back to Daytona Beach again, we will definitely be rebooking the same place!

Our family ranged from 6 to 86 years old. This was a perfect location for relaxing during spring break. Kids loved the boogy boards and sand tools. The adults loved the sand chairs. The condo views are heavenly. The location was perfect.

This condo was everything and more I would have imagined. There is so much space. Bringing my divorced parents, their spouses, and my family with a toddler we had plenty of room. This place is truly packed for everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing. Very clean. The renovations to the building were not bad. You do hear some equipment, but nothing that impacted our trip. We loved the pool. I do wish the property had a handicap ramp to the beach, as taking all of our beach things up and down was a bit of a hassle; but nothing we couldn't handle. Joe was excellent in communication. We've already planned our next trip back!

A Great Vacation Condo

Myself, my wife, our daughter and her family stayed for 6 days and nights. As many have already said, the penthouse was clean and well stocked with everything needed. We actually met Joe on site and he was a super guys who offered any help we needed. The square footage of the living areas and balconies were fantastic. More than enough for our visit and everyone was pleased with our stay. My family and I highly recommend Joe's place for your Daytona visit. There was even a nice selection of books for a good beach read. I told Joe I added a signed copy of my first novel, "Code of Misconduct" to his collection for his visitors in the future. It's a Daytona Beach novel that would be very fitting for your stay. Thanks Joe! It was great meeting you.

You can have it all - Ocean Front, Balconies and sundecks your entire group can sit on and walk around comfortably, Almost 3,000 sq.ft. of luxurious inside space, a condo that can accommodate large groups so you can all enjoy your vacation together! There are condo's more expensive and condo's cheaper but this Penthouse will most certainly make your trip that much more memorable.

What makes this property unique

We are capable of sleeping 12 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 queen pull out couches. All beds are either Queen or King. You can have your entire party comfortably out on our balconies enjoying the views and sounds of the beach. Relax around the many patio tables we have for your enjoyment.
