MOM Pinedo is a unique property—a small seaside retreat. It is a cozy, detached house with a private plot filled with special nooks, designed for a peaceful, Mediterranean lifestyle.

Nestled within the Albufera Natural Park, the house enjoys a privileged setting between farmland and the sea, just steps away from Pinedo Beach.

This beautiful spot is perfect for savoring Mediterranean tranquility and the beach atmosphere: feel the sea breeze, listen to the waves, enjoy long swims, relax on a sun lounger, shower amidst olive trees, linger over meals and conversation, or take relaxing bike rides along the beach and through the woods.

This typical Valencian house was fully renovated in 2026. It features a lovely private garden with an outdoor shower and a beautiful, sunny interior courtyard with a small pool. Inside, there is a living area with a mezzanine relaxation space and a large dining room adjoining a traditional Valencian kitchen—centered around a grand fireplace. The home includes four bedrooms (one double with an en-suite bathroom), another full bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry closet. The furnishings are artisanal and unique.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, and glassware, as well as bed linen and towels.

Parking for two vehicles is available on the property, and there is a bus stop right at the doorstep (just an 8-minute drive to Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences).

In Pinedo, you will find all the amenities needed for daily life (supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, cafés, banks, gas station), as well as iconic Valencian restaurants right on the beachfront.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, the property must remain quiet and smoke-free. Celebrations, events, parties, and large groups are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. We particularly appreciate guests who care for and enjoy the house with the same respect with which we designed it to welcome them.
