Pilar's home was excellent and right next to the beach - a 4 minute walk. The home was rustic but clean and fit my family of 9 and had room to spare. The view from the upstairs patio was amazing. Pilar was friendly, easy to communicate with, and accommodating.

Thank you so much – we had a wonderful time staying at your place with our family! While it’s not a luxury home, the price matches the quality. The location is excellent, and it’s a great option for hosting large groups.We’re especially grateful for the opportunity to gather as a family – even my 85-year-old grandmother felt comfortable staying there and enjoyed swimming. The beautiful beach is just a 2-minute walk away We would love to come back again!

Great Stay

The location of the property is great. Access to the beach, many restaurants, and public transportation. The house had plenty of room. The bathrooms and the kitchen are a little dated but everything worked great. The owner communicated very well and was helpful with any issues we had. Great place to stay.

We were asked for 120 cash payment for the cleaner when we arrived. (It says no hidden charges in the description)House generally tired and in very poor state of upkeep. Shower head kept falling off in one bathroom, lightbulbs went and there were no spares, several light switches didn't work. One morning we had no hot water, when commmunicating with the host we were told the handyman and her were not available. We were asked to change the gas cylinder and to take the batteries out of the boiler to reset. This was not successful, we went out for the day and asked that she get it sorted by the time we got back that evening, which she did.The apartment had an unpleasant smell particularly in the bathrooms. The kitchen was poorly kitted out and the kettle was dangerous as it leaked steam onto the handle and didn't automatically switch off. The boiler cupboard had a sticker on it saying leave the doors open. Is this safe?The hand soap snd washing up liquid had been watered down.The cleaner was very pleasant. Overall a disappointing stay.

We wisten dat het niet modern was, maar we vonden het wel heel oud allemaal. De lampen en ventilatoren werkte niet overal goed, De keukenkraan zat los, de douchekop bleef niet hangen en moest je daarom met de hand vasthouden. Op de eerste verdieping heb je schuine wanden waardoor alles heel klein en laag is. Het wordt boven ook heel erg warm. In de meeste slaapkamers misten we echt een raam voor lucht en licht. De tafel op het terras was te klein voor het aantal mensen en viel uit elkaar als je het iets wilde verplaatsen. Het terras ligt trouwens op de eerste etage en is te bereiken met een wenteltrap. EN we hadden minuut 1 gelijk kakkerlakken in de keuken en later die dagen nog een paar!!! Een pluspunt van deze accommodatie is de ligging. Eigenlijk zouden ze het huis even goed moeten opknappen!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. And thanks for letting me know those details: will check lights and fans, also the kitchen tab, the shower and the terrace table. About the cockroaches the villa is disinfected by a professional twice per year: insects die when they enter into the property. But it is in a ground floor: should take care with open windows and doors as they come from the street.
