This Keauhou Punahele Condo is in the best location in Kona. This lush tropical property is set in the Keauhou Bay area and features everything you want and need. A-303 is a remodeled upscale condo overlooking the 8th hole of the Kona Country Club Ocean Course in the quiet Keauhou Punahele complex. This lovely third (top) floor unit features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an expansive lanai with fabulous golf course and ocean views. Vaulted ceilings, tiled flooring and a chef-friendly kitchen with new appliances. Two bedrooms on the main floor each sleep two and feature updated bathrooms. The loft space, open to the living area below, features a full bed and 3/4 bath which was remodeled in 2019. Beautiful pool and grounds, and a short walk down to the marina, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, the manta rays (you can swim with them!) and the park which commemorates Kamehameha III's Birthplace. Catch a trolley into town from the Sheraton just down the road. You'll be calm and cool here as this unit catches the tradewinds beautifully, and when it does get warm, the ceiling mounted Big Ass fans (their real name) will cool you off.

Tranquil oasis on the Big island
Going on holidays involves planning and often it is blind planning, I booked the Condo at Kailua Kona for 3 married couples (3 beds/3 bath) and hoped for the best. Arriving at the address after 16 hours travel saw 6 tired people looking to relax. We found our home for the week, to be a beautiful clean Condo on a well manicured golf course, ocean views, swimming pool, friendly site manager, with every convenience we required, all located close to a Supermarket and in easy walking distance to the ocean for a swim or snorkel. Played golf, went swimming, relaxed on the porch, drove around parts of the Big island and always had a great place to return to every night. Can't say enough about the helpful dialogue between myself and the owners, it was so easy and everyone loved the place.....we all agreed that we could easily retire there and see out our days. Thanks Marilyn

Wonderful condo and property owner
This condo was perfect for my family and parents. The property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo has a community pool, its own bbq and everything you need to cook meals. 5 min drive to a grocery store, coffee shop and farmers market. Right up the hill from the Outrigger (walking distance). Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Big Island.

Why they chose this property

It's beautiful, inside and out. We've recently updated the entire unit. The daytime views of the ocean and the golf course are spectacular and the nighttime views of the twinkling lights of the Sheraton are lovely too. Being on the 3rd floor with no one above you, you won't hear others walking around. The sounds of the many songbirds in the morning and the evening are lovely. It's close to everything. And this unit gets breezes rolling off the hill above that roll right through the unit and keep everything cool.
