Welcome to Panama Dreams! 5 BR, 4 BA +2 half baths, 3200 sq. ft. home is perfect for multiple families. Located in the beautiful Seagrass subdivision with paved roads and community pool with clubhouse. Two Master Suites with private bath, Queen BR with private bath, and two bunk rooms with connecting bath. Private, heated, salt water pool with ½ bath next to pool and outdoor shower. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RESERVE/OCCUPY HOME.

Seagrass Community with paved roads and community pool with clubhouse

Rental Agreement Required.
Pet Fee $200 (Dogs only, please)
Optional Pool Heat $245/wk prorated.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
● Check-out time is 10:00 am ● Please check out on time so we can prepare the home for the next guest. Late check-out will incur a $175 charge ● Cleaners will arrive promptly at 10:00 am
●Leave all towels in pile on floor of each bathroom ●Leave all sheets in respective room ●Pick up all trash and cups/dishes on decks and around pool area ●Dirty dishes washed in dishwasher/put away
●Put all furniture in correct place ●All trash placed in outside bins and taken to curb on night before each pickup day ●A/C set to 75 degrees in summer. Heat to 65 in winter ●Doors/windows locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A Security Deposit hold is required prior to arrival in the amount of $500 and automatically released 8 days after checkout if no damages are found.
Guest is required to sign Rental Agreement and return completed agreement to Owner

Relaxing Vacation

Prettiest house on the block. Well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. A 2 to 3 minute walk to gorgeous beach. Pool was wonderful and private. You won’t regret staying here.

Great Vacation House

Love Panama Dream!

Our mixed family of 9 (3 adult couples, 3 young children) loved the layout, the pool, and the well-equipped kitchen. The decks were heavily used at all times of day. Definitely want to go back!

Stayed here with family and friends. One of our favorite houses on the Cape! Beach access is very easy (with a beach cart) for not being beach front. House had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Keith was great to work with and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend Panama Dreams!

Cape San Blas

This was the perfect vacation, house was great and the Cape is perfect, white sands, crystal clear waters, great fishing, no rush to do anything. This is what a vacation is all about....beach time, pool time, family game night, late walks and the best sunsets.......unplug and do yourself a favor. We are already booking for next year.

This was our 19th year in a row going to the Cape and this was the cleanest house we ever stayed in. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and had plenty of beach accessories. We probably could have packed lighter for the trip. Property owner was attentive and available at all times.

We’ve stayed in several large, beautiful homes on the Cape, but this one was by far the best! Honestly, the only downside is that the photos online don’t do it justice—it’s even prettier in person.This house has everything you possibly could need. It was thoughtfully designed with a fantastic layout, a fully stocked kitchen (every utensil and piece of cookware you can imagine), a perfectly placed elevator, and so much more. The short walk on the trail to the beach, the privacy, the easy access to the bay, and the private pool made our stay exceptional.Every detail was well planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
