The most beautiful apartment in Icon Brickell! totally new and minimalist furniture, ample and comfortable living room and bedroom with walk in closet and a balcony from where you can appreciate the great view Brickell has to offer!

W Residences Brickell offers: 3 restaurants, pool, night club, spa and gym.

Unit offers:
* fully furnished apartment
* Balcony with outdoor furniture

* Two (2) flat screen TVs

15th floor's pool is NOT AVAILABLE, it will open soon .
50th floor's one is open but guests will have to pay.

Guests will have to sign some forms of house rules and personal information when they arrive.

We are 24/7 available to help you throughout your stay.

Great Place!!

This was my first time using homeaway and this place exceeded my expectations! The place was just like the pictures, the location was perfect and I would highly recommend this place!

Convenient, comfortable, awesome pool

The condo is lovely and super convenient to restaurants and shops. The owner even provided coffee pods for our stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a rental. The pool is amazing - rooftop, heated and lots of seating. Towels are provided and there are waiters from whom to order food and drinks. The only drawback was there were a couple of minor hiccups with the check-in process, which could have been avoided with written instructions. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

I didn’t get what I paid for.

My room was nice, but it was not as nice as the room I had reserved (and did not receive). The cleaners had barely started when I arrived. The valet was a rip off and they do not speak English. I also didn’t receive the WiFi password until my third and final night stay. The view was great and so was the spa, gym and restaurant.

Excellent spot for a Miami getaway

This one-bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for when booking a weekend getaway in Miami. Convenient location with lots to do within walking distance. The condo was spotless and very modern. Comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, and huge balcony with gorgeous water views. Two small areas for improvement are the sofa (very uncomfortable) and the shower design (impossible to avoid spraying water all over the floor). Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Spotlessly clean and we'll appointed, perfect location in Brickell

Well appointed and super clean, this unit was perfect for two people. Comfortable bed, top appliances, nice balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooked the Miami River and towards the bay. Didn't get to use the property amenities but hope to return sometime in the future. Walk to just about anything, including whole foods a few blocks away, restaurants on and off premises, the park, you name it, you'll find it. Thanks for making your property available!
