Beautiful place in the Four Seasons! All of the amenities without all of the price. It’s as good as it sounds!One note. The laundry room is on the 35th floor and is free to use.

Excellent quality accommodation

As a regular Four Seasons Brickell guest (at least once per month) the quality of the apartment met all expectations as is in the hotel and for quality of service. I will not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and family and will certainly be booking this into the foreseeable future.

This unit is delightful. It has large rooms with high ceilings and a great bathroom. The bed is uber comfy and there is a writing desk in the bedroom for office work. The grounds, pool, and restaurants are Four Seasons quality and there is an Equinox Gym on site. Great Stay.

January respite

This is a very nice and comfortable unit with access to all the hotel amenities. The small kitchen is adequate for a few days of minor cooking and microwaving. The king bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bath rooms are spacious and attractive. I would only suggest that the decor needs some updating. But it met our needs for a brief winter retreat.

Just a heads up, check-out time is at 10 am. There’s a extra charge if you want to move it to 11 am. I managed to check out before 11 am without any extra charge. Also, if you want to check in before 4 pm, there’s an extra charge for that. And if you want to have your room cleaned daily, there’s another extra charge for that too. So, if you add up all these extra charges, it might be better to book directly with Four Seasons

After booking, the owner falsely claimed a date change had been agreed upon (it hadn’t), and then proceeded to ignore multiple text messages seeking clarification. Communication was virtually nonexistent, and when you’re paying for a premium stay, ghosting your guests isn’t just rude—it’s unacceptablThe result? I had to scramble for last-minute accommodations and shell out for a night at the Four Seasons. Beautiful hotel, but not exactly the budget I planned for this trip. If you enjoy being lied to and ignored while your plans implode, this host delivers in spades.VRBO, do better. A great property means nothing when the person behind it treats guests like an inconvenience. I won’t be back—and I suggest others steer clear unless they’ve got a luxury hotel on standby.

Amazing value - perfect location

The suite is a fantastic value compared to the nightly rate at the Four Seasons. It's in the perfect location. I couldn't get the cable TV to work. It's good that we brought our streaming stick, which mostly worked. (See Wi-Fi note below.) As others have noted, the room is a bit dated and worn... needs deep cleaning and fresh paint. Both toilets kept running after flush. The hotel repaired the half-bath toilet (no charge), but the main bathroom had the same issue. The Wi-Fi could have been better. It was not good enough for remote work, so plan to use a hotspot or alternative if you stay at the Four Seasons. Overall, it was a good stay - not perfect, but we were happy with the value and location!
