Newly built in 2018! Unique townhouse offers plenty of space (largest unit) yet is a 1/4 mile to restaurants/bars/shops, bike path, groceries & all that Stowe has to offer! For winter sports enthusiasts, the closest Mountain Road shuttle stop is only 0.3 miles from the door. Enter the large mud room with plenty of storage & half bath, see all the high-end finishes (AC, Jotul stove, granite counters) in the open kitchen/dining/living room, and relax in the primary bedroom suite with exceptional features (custom closets, 4K TV). Head to the 2nd floor to see the office/sitting room with Roku TV (great for kids!), dual vanity bathroom, and delightful guest bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with double bunks, each with a twin over full). Fully equipped kitchen, garage parking, private deck, and brand new furnishings professionally decorated throughout... You won't want to miss this one!

Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
There are two parking spaces per condo. One is in the garage and the other is marked outside.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees.

Seasonal Activities: Winter in Stowe offers skiing/boarding, sleigh rides, dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating & cross country skiing with an abundance of groomed and back country trails. Summer activities include zip lining, mountain biking, kayaking/rafting & dog carting. Any of these activities can be pursued in the fall with the added bonus of the explosive colors of fall foliage!

Great stay and convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay at Scharkie ski Haus! The location could not have been more perfect and convenient. Being able to walk into town, to the bike path, playground etc was great! It was very comfortable and well stocked! The property manager was communicative and easy to work with. We hope to return again soon!

Absolutely beautiful condo! We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was there. The only downfall is we had 3 couples and only had parking for 2 spots.

Pretty ideal. Close to town, clean, everything in working order. As someone with a bad back and neck, actually having a very comfortable bed was so so nice. Almost never happens in my rental experience.

Perfect location

Availability for non emergency messaging would have been helpful. We weren’t sure where to park extra vehicles so suggestions for that would have been helpful, as would directions to a dumpster. Small things, not worth a call to emergency line but good info to have. Would definitely stay again!
