The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
•Strip and place the sheets on laundry floor.
•Leave comforters and mattress pads on beds.
•Place towels in the washer and start the normal cycle, any excess towels on laundry floor.
•Don't mix colors and white laundry.
•Load any dirty dishes into dishwasher and run 'normal' cycle. Do not include cutting boards or wooden spoons.
•Turn off AC and the fans, set thermostats to 67.
•Place garbage/recycling bags in trash bins in dumpster located to the right of front door. Wooden door on the left is recycling, on the right is regular trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
