Newly Remodeled-SLEEPS 4-Waterfront with GREAT View of lake and Main channel

Our condo has NEW a leather couch and chair , new appliances, and modern decor, it is sure to set the mood for your luxurious getaway.

It is located on the 21 mile marker right off of the main channel, in a cozy, no wake cove. But, you are still just moments away from the hustle and bustle of many great restaurants and bars.

This condo sleeps 4 and has one bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and bathroom access. The sofa pulls out into a queen size for additional guests or children. There is a big screen TV with cable and DVD player, as well as free Wi-Fi. Don't forget to use the built-in electric fireplace to make your movie nights even more relaxing. We have an end table to charge your cell phone and storage in the ottoman and a place to hang your suitcase in the closet.

Harbor Point Complex has many great features such as a heated swimming pool, on-site laundry room, tennis court, boat ramp, and an onsite trailer parking area. Nearby there are golf courses, parasailing, and watercraft rentals. It is also close to many shopping centers, including the Outlet Mall.

You can travel light because we supply towels, linens, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and all soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a breathtaking view of the lake.

So come kick up your feet at the swimming pool that is only steps away and enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends on this spacious, waterfront patio.

The property is adequate for a short stay but a few things need improvement.Small plastic dresser in the bedroom closet needs to be replaced with something better.Shower/tub drains very slowly and water backs up. Drain may need cleaning.Screening on balcony needs repair.More dishes and utensils are needed.

We love Harbor Point and have stayed in 3 or 4 different rentals there but I must say, this one has the most comfortable bed of them all! I slept in late for the first time in a long time all three mornings! We had the best long weekend!

Check in was flawless, property view was beautiful, everything was very clean. Right by the pool. I would bring a fan for air circulation on the balcony and extension cords to charge devices next to the bed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Harbor point

The condo is as described. However, if you are disabled, it may not be the greatest choice. You can drive up to the second floor and there’s only three steps but unless you drive up every time, you have to walk up 14 stairs or down as the second floor is on The drive up level. Make sure that you read the instructions on the refrigerator. It tells how to turn the water on and off. There were no other instructions on how to turn them on prior to getting there. Other than that, the condo is as explained on Vrbo. It’s very cute not very far off of 54 overall it was a great place to stay.
