This beautiful Lake House Mansion has it all with an impressive 12,000 sq. foot layout! The Mansion has an ideal location for large groups to gather within a manageable drive to any desired attraction near western Wisconsin . All of the amenities to make you feel at home during your stay with a spacious layout for entertaining and making for a memorable experience.

This property is truly the perfect destination for your family's needs and desires! Gorgeous views, several sitting areas, private bedrooms, 8 fireplaces, 10 TVs, on site laundry and plenty of room in the big kitchen for meals and entertaining. The downstairs great room is a kid friendly area to hangout, play games or lounge on the sectional sofa and watch movies. The floor plan separates the kitchen area from the majority of the bedrooms, so those early to bed or early to rise will not be disturbed. Sleeps up to 20 guests!!! 5 private bedrooms/bathrooms (2 king beds, 3 queen beds) plus kids bunk room and bathroom downstairs ( 2 bunk beds, queen top and bottom; 1 futon bunk bed, twin on top).

Looking for a bit more sleeping space? We have an additional area available to rent that can accommodate up to 6-8 more guests if needed during your stay. These rooms are connected off the downstairs great room. There are 2 private bedrooms (queen beds) and a living room area (2 futons).

Weddings or large events ARE allowed at the Mansion for an additional charge, but will need to be confirmed with Jessica. Maximum number of guests for the day of the event is 50 (20 overnight) and you will need to sign a separate contract before booking. Please contact Jessica for more details.

Summer months are great for soaking up the sun boating, kayaking and fishing. Bring your own boat or rent our pontoon for a daily fee. Large backyard for games, and peaceful evenings with friends and family roasting marshmallows around the campfire.

Winter doesn't mean you have to stay home cooped up! Whether you love to enjoy the snowy outdoors or want to snuggle cozy by one of the fireplaces this Mansion makes for wonderful winter escape. Ice fishing, snow shoeing, sledding and snowmobiling are some great winter activities.

7 night minimum stay during summer months ; 4 night minimum stay other months. Receive 10 % discount for weekly stays during Fall/Winter and Spring!!

Tainter Lake is approximately a 1605 acre lake located in Dunn county. It has a maximum depth of about 37 feet. Depending on the weather in the summer months, the water clarity can be low due to algae growth. Later in the summer months this lake tends to get a bit green. May until early July are the best months to enjoy swimming. Still a great size lake for boating, kayak and fishing!

We have a 22-foot Misty Harbor pontoon available for rent. (includes 15 gallons of fuel and life jackets provided for 10 adults) Credit card on file in case of damages for deposit, $200 per day (2 day minimum) Experienced boaters ONLY!

Amenities include: 2 full-size refrigerators, ice maker, 2 microwaves, oven/stove, 2 dishwashers, all kitchen supplies for your cooking needs, hair dryers, bedroom alarm clocks, washer and dryer, 8 gas fireplaces, pool table, foosball table, WIFI, 10 TVs, standard cable channels and smart TVs for streaming, 2 DVD players, stereo system, outdoor gas grill (propane tank provided), charcoal grill (charcoal & lighter fluid NOT provided), 2 patio sets, yard games, 2 kayaks .

Washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) off master bathroom. Linens and towels provided. Guests need to bring own personal toiletry items .

*Slippers or indoor shoes ( there is a lot of walking in the mansion and we want to keep floors in good condition)

* Beach towels (We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the rental home)

* More campfire chairs (9 provided)

* Own fire wood for our fire pit (any branches or piles of wood in the yard, feel free to use)

* Amenities for small children (crib, highchair, baby gates, and toys)

* Water float devices/toys (life jackets for small children)

* Paper/plastic plates & silverware; extra paper towel

We are located about 10 miles off interstate I-94. Little over an hour away from St. Paul/Minneapolis (MSP Airport, Mall of America). Wood bury ,MN (Wood bury outlet malls) 45 mins away. Eau Claire, and Chippewa Falls are also about 45 minutes away. 15 minutes from down town Menomonie.

Cottage Winery, Lucette Brewery , Golf courses, Red cedar Speedway, WoodWind Park, Hoffman Hills State Recreation, Valley Pasture Pumpkin Patch, Govin Farm and more family entertainment less than 15 mins away from this amazing property!!!

Jake's Supper Club, Pioneer Grill & Saloon and Elk Point Resort are easy access by boat or vehicle. Jake's has three decks and a fabulous Tiki bar over looking the lake with live bands every weekend in the summer months. Pioneer Bar & Grill is walking distance from Jake's Supper Club, in a country setting with great entertainment! Elk Point Resort has karaoke every Saturday night and put on the BEST firework show every year on July 3rd. Great food and fun atmosphere!
