Family vacation

Wonderful Family Vacation

Time to getaway

First time in 20yrs my wife and I went away without the kids. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. There were 5 of us in the space and yet we all had our own space. We would rent again and can’t wait to go back.

Property is reasonably updated and decor is modern “beachy.” Positives: great beach view and access, multiple nice pools, lots of carts for unloading/loading, quick elevators. Negatives: dirty carpets, worn out mattresses, a bit noisy having elevator shaft right next to bedroom wall. Not enough living room seating for 6 adults.

Great family/senior trip

Location is right on the beach. Easy access back and forth. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, all very clean. The only time we had trouble social distancing was on the elevator, but everyone was very compassionate. We asked each other if it was ok to ride with them. If they said “no”, it was not big deal, we just waited for the next elevator. Walking distance to the Hang Out and souvenir shops.

Overall nice experience.

Property was nice and clean. The only issue we were unhappy about was the check in process. We did not receive our key code in a text as we were supposed to. Once we got close, we could not get in touch with anyone. This made for an aggravating experience. However, once we were in the room, everything was as expected. We would recommend this property to others.

Nice but never again

The master bed was so uncomfortable we did not sleep well so I purchased a mattress topper, but that did not help much. I was hoping to take a bath in the garden tub, but once I seen the mold around two of the jets I changed my mind. Other than no good sleep, hurting backs, and the tub it was a nice unit. Also, you have to pay 50 bucks per car to park.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lighthouse complex is awesome! Every condo faces the beach. The amenities are great! This particular unit was our least favorite of all the ones we stayed at over the years. The furniture was dirty and dingy. Every single mattress needs replacing. The washer sounds like a space shuttle fixing to takeoff in to orbit! We will return again delight house but we probably won’t stay in that particular unit.

This is the first time we have stayed anywhere that we didn't at least have a few extra towels and wash clothes underneath the sink. We are a family of 8 and only had 6 wash clothes so had to go out and buy some more. Overall, it wasn't a big deal but had I known I would have packed extra. Every thing else was great. We enjoyed the facility and the location was great!

Needs updates and amenities.

Construction noises. Prices for parking were more than we sere told.. Kitchen was barely adequate. Try cutting a watermelon with a steal knife. The furniture was dirty. The kitchen faucet had no water for days and no one came to fix it. Not worth the money they charged.
