ADMIRALS QUARTERS #1204 – A wonderful experience on the beautiful beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico awaits you when you check into this spacious unit at Admirals Quarters, a premier condominium resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. Whether you want a relaxing visit enjoying the relaxation of all of the comforts of home with stunning views of the beach or are looking for fun in the sun by day and delicious food and exciting night life in the evening, you can find no better place than this wonderful condominium at the Admirals Quarters. If you are looking for first class accommodations with all of the amenities you could hope for, including a beach front swimming pool, heated indoor pool, exercise room and sauna, look no further than the Admirals Quarters and Unit 1204.

Unit 1204 is located on the 12th floor of a 14 story building. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf. There is a spacious private balcony accessible from the family room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. There is a half bath and separate laundry room with full size brand washer & dryer located off the main hallway. There is a fully equipped kitchen with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The family room is very spacious with enough room for the whole family and a brand new 75 in. Smart TV. A large separate dining area that seats 6 adjoins the family area. You will not find a more spacious or accommodating location at this price.

The complex has two outdoor grills available for guest usage.

We have stayed in several condos at Admiral’s Quarters and 1204 was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Downside was it’s dated and in need of some repairs. Plumbing fixtures, mattresses and a ceiling fan need replaced as well as work on the Dish TV system.

Wonderful location right on the beach. The unit is very clean and spacious. The only "complaint” is maybe some board games for the rainy afternoons. We loved it and will definitely be back! Great hosts with great communication.

We enjoyed a restful beautiful week at the beach. Condo very well stocked and clean. Owners very response to our needs throughout the week. My only issue was with broken and/or no locks on the slider doors.

Nice Property, Great Location

We have been renting condos in the Destin area for the past 30 years and decided for a change of scenery this trip. We were not disappointed with our choice of this condo and the location. The property is just as described and the communication with the owner was second to none. The owner is very well organized with the rental process and had a true concern for making our stay a very enjoyable one with multiple communications at the start of the rental process all the way down to our last day at the property. If you are looking for a condo rental in Orange Beach area you can't go wrong with this one.

White Sand Fun 2024

Mother Nature gave us some liquid sunshine and we still had a great time. Room was beautiful, spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The locale seafood market had some of the freshest shrimp and we found a new favorite restaurant, Doc’s Seafood & Steaks. Believe them when they have the best! The ocean view from our condo was perfect and the time we did get to spend on the beach was also perfect. We honestly can’t find anything bad with this visit. Out of a perfect 10 rating we would stay here again. The manager of the room was one of the best in touch we have ever had!

Great Week

AQ 1204 is a great unit in the best section of Orange Beach! It has everything —- Location to groceries & best restaurants as well as a great balcony with priceless oceanfront views. It also offers new comfy beds, high quality linens & towels, a well equipped kitchen, wet bar with a separate ice maker, new full size washer/dryer, and the condo was spotless. The hosts left a welcome gift on the counters including a hand written note! It was such a nice touch. Thanks for helping us celebrate our son’s HS Graduation!

Host was very easy to work with. Extended our stay by a day on the front end and back. Really liked the padded furniture on the balcony instead of the composite furniture so many owners are using now. The large size of the television in the living room was really enjoyable. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a coffee pod coffeemaker in the kitchen as I assume that is what most coffee drinkers now use. (we brought our own since the description was clear that there was not one)

Summer trip

Overall the property was nice. Mandy was super nice and easy to work with. A few improvements are needed: some kind of shelving system in the master shower, there wasn’t anywhere to store soap products; the wet bar ice maker doesn’t work; the handle to the balcony was broken on arrival, but the owners were aware and had scheduled a repair. The repairmen were very nice and professional. The condo was spacious and perfect for my family of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach with friends

This condo was the perfect one for two couples. It’s not often you find two bedrooms with king beds and on suites. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The balcony was large and we enjoyed our morning and evening beverages while enjoying the beautiful view. The pool and beach were easy to access. The property owners were so nice. Even gave us recommendations for where to eat and things to do. They answered my questions promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again with no hesitation.
