Sunny, quiet villa with spa, beautiful garden, barbecue, table tennis

The provençal type villa is luminous, absolutely quiet immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation with fragrant essences and the song of cicadas and birds. It has all modern comforts, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms shower and bath, 2 separate toilets, 1 large living room with a bed and a veranda which serves as a dining room and small lounge directly immersed in the garden , American style kitchen. A 4th bedroom with 2 additional beds is available with a supplement.
Appliances: 2 TVs, 1 hi-fi, WIFI, piano, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, convection oven.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden planted with Mediterranean species, a spa, terraces all around the house with barbecue, swing, garden furniture, deck chairs, hammock, petangue pitch, ping pong table, hut and swings for children, mountain bikes available. The linen is provided. Upon arrival we will provide you with all the documentation and information necessary for you to spend the holiday of your dreams. The location is ideally located because while being absolutely quiet, we quickly joined the main roads (penetrating Grasse-Cannes 1.5 km, A8 motorway 10 minutes).
Seasonal rental: We only rent 15 to 30 days a year because this is our main home and we do not leave the announcement on the site but we can put you in contact with former tenants if you want to ask them questions or have their opinion.

Nice stay

We’ve had a great time here! The owners were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. It was easy to communicate with them during our stay. Everything we needed was in the house. The area is very beautiful and there is a lot to see and to do.

Magnificent Grasse

A very lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The house is close to all the highlights of Grasse, and a good place to discover the rest of the Côte d'Azur. The owners were very friendly and easy to contact. We had a very good vacation and made lifelasting memories. T

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Bei Laure haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung in der Küche und generell im Haus mehr als üppig. Abends haben wir uns gerne im schönen Wintergarten aufgehalten und Spiele gespielt. Im Kinderzimmer im ersten Stock gibt es zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber mit geöffnetem Fenster und Ventilator war es aushaltbar. Den wunderschönen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und jacuzzi haben wir gerne genutzt, auch der Stellplatz fürs Auto ist sehr großzügig. Das Haus liegt mir einen Automatik-Tor gesichert eingebettet in eine gemütliche Nachbarschaft mit netten Nachbarn (sogar deutschsprachig!) Alles in allem können wir einen Urlaub in Laures Haus vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Un joli havre de sérénité

Une maison où il fait bon vivre le temps d'un été. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme, un peu en retrait des autres maisons. Nous avons été immédiatement charmés par le jardin et les nombreux espaces de vie offerts par la maison (extérieurs et intérieurs). Outre son caractère paisible et relaxant, la maison est très bien équipée et confortable. La table de ping pong, le jacuzzi et la climatisation dans le salon constituent un plus indéniable ! Enfin, sa situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la région et profiter des nombreuses activités qu'elle offre. Un grand merci encore à notre hôte pour son accueil !

Idéalement située

Quartier calme, proche des commodités, excellente situation pour visiter la région. Nous y étions pendant la periode caniculaire, la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue pour des nuits paisibles. Le jacuzzi a été un véritable plus. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Laure qui nous a accueilli avec une multitude d’idées de balades et de conseils. Maison très facile à vivre avec tout ce qu’il faut. Un jardin magnifique pour se détendre et un jacuzzi qui complète le tout. Toute la famille a passé un excellent séjour.
