The host Vanessa was excellent. She always replied with in 1 hour or less. I rented 2 of her places for work my guys were doing in the area. The homes were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house's are older properties so a few updates could be done. But overall the properties are worth the money especially to me because of the savings staying in the houses compared to hotel rooms for my crew.The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to restaurants. I would recommend and have to other colleagues doing work in the area

Our party of four stayed two nights in late April 2026. We were quite pleased with our stay in these accommodations. The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, tidy, with a well-maintained yard and a very nice neighborhood. The location is ideal, providing easy access to numerous local restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions. The property was a superb value for our party of 4 and it will be for all parties of 4-10 people. We recommend it highly for your stay in the Kansas City area. Our hostess provides clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out, along with details about use of the various items associated with the property. Our hostess is superb! She is quite easy to work with, and she communicates with us regularly. We appreciate our hostess very much.

Disappointed

Overall disappointed with the property. Upon arrival we were notfied of a fly issue that we were willing to deal with. We unloaded the car and went to experience Kansas City. When arriving back home, we found the kitchen filled with ants on the counters and floors. We were able to address the ants that night and then followed up the next morning with some additional cleaning. The rest of the trip we were concerned about leaving any food out on the counter.It was pretty hot the first part of our trip and the AC seemed to have trouble keeping the house cool.Bathrooms were very small. With 6 people we picked a house with at least 3 bathrooms, one was so small it was practically unusable so we were running 6 people through 2 showers.It was nice to have laundry on site and overall the beds were pretty comfortable.

We're glad to hear you found the beds comfortable and appreciated the convenience of on-site laundry, though we’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. For future guests: prior to arrival, we informed this guest that the previous visitor had left a door or window open, which contributed to flies being present at check-in. We also proactively checked in the next morning to see if anything was needed or unsatisfactory, but received no reply. Had we been made aware of the ant issue or concerns about the A/C, we would have addressed them right away. Due to recent flash flooding and unusually heavy rains in the area, we’ve seen a seasonal uptick in ants being driven indoors, something we are actively managing with our pest prevention team. Regarding the A/C, this is the first report of cooling issues we’ve received this season, and the system has been functioning as expected. Lastly, all bathrooms are accurately photographed and shown in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We’re always available and happy to help during a stay, and we strongly encourage guests to reach out in real time so we have the opportunity to resolve any concerns promptly.

Easy to get to Bluhawk sports complex. Elderly parents said upstairs shower was the best they’ve ever had. Place was very accommodating.

Clean, Comfortable, in the middle of everything

We stayed three nights during the Big 12 Basketball tournament - this is an older home but clean and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood, yet we were able to get to all restaurants, neighborhoods, and T-Mobile center in less that 20 minutes. Owner made the check in and check out process easy.

Siblings Weekend

Seven sisters and two nights in this great property. There was an abundance of cookware, plates, silverware, spices, coffee, creamer, towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. probably the best stocked VRBO I’ve stayed in. Would definitely book again.

Very Nice!

We came to Kansas City for a weekend and attended events at Crown Center. The location of this townhouse was great! We were only 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown and the other areas we visited. The neighborhood was nice, and the townhouse was large enough to accommodate 8 adults very comfortably. Vanessa was very easy to work with and she responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again!
