Welcome to SeaView, your home away from home on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Located in the
peaceful Bayshore community of Waldport, this spacious four-bedroom, two-bath beach house
comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers beautiful ocean views, private beach access just a
three-minute walk away, and everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. The open layout,
fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and large dining area make it easy to gather for
meals, play games, or simply unwind after a day at the beach.

Start your day with coffee on the wraparound deck, spend the afternoon exploring miles of sandy
beach, and end the evening watching unforgettable sunsets. The fully fenced backyard provides
plenty of room for kids and dogs to play while you relax and enjoy the peaceful coastal setting.
SeaView is just a short drive from Newport, Yachats, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head
Lighthouse, Cape Perpetua, local restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, and whale watching.
Dogs are welcome (up to three; pet fees apply), and guests may also enjoy seasonal access to the
Bayshore community swimming pool (daily fee required).

the ocean, SeaView is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of the Oregon
Coast.

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
