We are the proud new owners of Yachats Bear House and are thoroughly enjoying getting to know the Oregon Central Coast. While we are permanent residents of Southern California, we are originally from rural Indiana. The Oregon Coast is especially appealing to us as it offers the best of both worlds: the natural beauty of the West Coast combined with the rural charm of the lifestyle we grew up with.
Why they chose this property
Of all the wonderful retreats along the Oregon Coast (you can’t go wrong with any of them), we especially love how the tree-lined mountains meet the ocean. Yachats Village has everything we adore: it’s walkable, charming, and full of great amenities. Right from the start, the community draws you in.
What makes this property unique
The view and sounds of the ocean are amazing. The street is very quiet and the house has exactly what you need.
