Pre Thanksgiving family get together.

We enjoyed area and rooms where nice for all not having to share. However, we did NOT get to utilize the indoor pool but for our first day. Called for either how to get a pool net or maintenance to come clean pool as there was a critter in it and a fake nail. NO one ever came. Did not use hot tub as where is the breaker? The microwave should be replaced as it power failed twice but we did get it to work.Thank you very much and we will stay again just without pool, the outdoor pool is wonderful.

Great place with minimal changes

Bed in master was very noises. Pool was cold and the rooms downstairs were very cold week as the temperature could not be adjusted. But overall great place to stay.

Smokey Mountain Getaway

I booked this property for a family vacation. Grandchildren really enjoyed the property. This location was a great home away from home. House had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, and relaxing. We had an issue with the indoor pool not heating. Property manager explained they were waiting on a part and gave me a credit. Staff was friendly and replied to all our needs. Overall stay was excellent!!!

End of Summer Getaway

The previous reviews of this place from other guest were accurate regarding the pool temperature, squeaky beds and tv not working for cable in the theater room, however, we still enjoyed our stay. The beds are super loud, but my 6month old slept fine in her pack in play even with her dad and I tossing and turning in the noisy bed. I would book this home again. Only thing I want to add that was not listed previously are the skillets are terrible lol. Making something as simple as eggs were a challenge

Fall family getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean. We did have a nice stay but wanted to point out a few things were unexpected. The theatre room smelt so musty that we were not able to use it. We counted on the seating around the bar to accommodate all our family but the stools are so short, no one could sit there for dinner. The grill would not get hot enough to cook our food. This was the worst part because we spent a lot on groceries and everyone was hungry so this was a big problem. Even after asking to have it fixed, it still did not work.

Our stay

This was a beautiful cabin. We did have some trouble with the lock and had to call for assistance to get in. We received a call from maintenance who were able to help us over the phone. The only other issue we had was the pool alarm. We were unable to shut it off to be able to get it. We again called in, they sent someone out, but they were unable to fix it. I did agree to leaving it out and not having an alarm. We were sort of bummed this cabin was in a small "neighborhood" and super close to the neighbors. It was very quiet and we only saw a few other families. The view was not of the mountains, unless you looked over the other cabins, thru the trees and past the 1 port-o-John. But the cabin itself was immaculate. The kids had an amazing time in the pool and the game room. We had plenty of space, a close by grocery store and close enough to the strip. We had an amazing time.

This home was beautiful and in a great location, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Our children enjoyed the pool, movie room, and games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were nice and hot. The pool table was a lot of fun but there were some sides of the table that were loose. The couch in the movie room could also stand for a replacement because the plastic was peeling off, likely from the humidity of being so close to the pool room. But we did enjoy watching a movie in the theater with great sound. Some of the blinds didn't open correctly throughout the house as well. Overall, the house was great despite some of the little things that weren't perfect, but that did not heavily impact the enjoyment of our stay. We did feel like for the money we paid to stay in the home, everything should have been in tip top condition. All in all, we would recommend Eden Homes but will likely chose another cabin next time.

Family get away 2025

Communication was amazing until we actually got to the property and then we struggled with the directions to get in the basement…spoke to a gentleman that had me text him a screenshot of the keypad and advised he would call me right back, after several hours I texted back and stated to disregard we got it. Also, the stove did not heat up very well. And the basement was very musty smelling. Other than those several item it was a nice time away.

Everything was pretty good. The fireplaces did not work, which wasn't a huge deal since it is summer. They just obviously need to be fixed and cleaned out. There was also a part of the hot tub filter that kept falling out, but we could still use it so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Lastly, the resort pool was hard to find. No signage or map to show you how to get to it, so that was frustrating. Overall though, we would go back. Plenty of room for our family. The pool in the lower level is super convenient and worked great for us. We loved swimming! The beds, bathrooms, and all the common areas were clean with clean linens and towels.
