Great house! Enough space for everyone to move around. Great upstairs for the kids to play Air Hockey, Pool and Video Arcade. Indoor pool and Hot Tub were nice also.

The place was even better in person than the pictures! It was a quick walk to downtown, though that hill was hard to get back up! The pool, hot tub, and game room were loved by the kids. We cook a lot and the kitchen had just about anything you need. Loved this location!

Family Getaway

Was a great family vacation and the property matched the listing. Terry was a FANTASTIC communicator even before our trip and after and for that I am grateful. We loved the location and the 7pm bear we saw every night! Already have plans on coming back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We are from West Tennessee and love Gatlinburg. We use to live here for 2 years, we had grand babies and moved back home to be close to them. We have a total of 3 properties and enjoy sharing our homes with guest and provide pet friendly homes to guest. We have built several good relationships with guest that have been coming back to our properties for years. This is our newest property and hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do

Why they chose this property

We love this area because it's a 10 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg and bears walk right up to the deck. Its such an exciting & wonderful experience seeing them that close.
