As you walk into the home, the entryway opens into an airy common area with a cozy living room, featuring a TV, built-in speakers and a gas fireplace. Guests will get to enjoy Direct TV services loaded with all the popular channels. The great open-concept kitchen, dining area, and sitting room makes the main level a great place for everyone to gather.

Brier Maison boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. With the center kitchen island and bar, you can make cooking a group affair. You'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The bar seat two and a large dining table has seating for six. Off the dining room is the large covered deck with outdoor speakers, patio seating and a BBQ grill perfect for enjoying your meal alfresco all year around.

The main-level master suite features a king bed, fabulous luxurious bedding, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom, you'll find a deep soaking tub, double sink vanity, large standing shower, and huge walk-in closet. Down the hall, you will find a half bath and a spacious office with a brand new Murphy bed at your disposal. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the main level.

Venturing down the stairs, you will find a second spacious living room with a couch and loveseat that also features a new hide-a-bed. Enjoy separate spaces for family members to hang out. A large flat screen TV with DirecTV, games, and access to the backyard are additional bonuses. The lower level offers two additional queen bedrooms equal in size with brand new beds and luxurious bedding. One large guest bathroom is also located on the lower level.

Just under a mile to downtown Dundee, Brier Maison is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Red Hills Market and The Dundee Bistro, and downtown tasting rooms like Argyle or Fox Farm. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is the Harvey Creek Trail, a pleasant hike through the woods of Dundee. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.

Well-suited for a friends' getaway, or families seeking the ultimate centrally-located vacation rental, Brier Maison is an inviting haven - the ideal spot to call home while exploring the picture-perfect Willamette Valley.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.

Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.
