A great place for multiple families

We had three families each with two young children and this was a fantastic house. There was plenty of room for everybody and the expansive living room and game rooms were wonderful gathering spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and the management company was very responsive. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

New Year Family Celebration

Our family plans a wintery stay somewhere with snow each year after Christmas. This year was another success.The house was perfect for our stay—lots of local activities.Our group consists of (6) adults and (2) young children. The house provided plenty of room and activities for all.We had a wonderful stay.A few areas could use some improvement. First, a thorough deep cleaning is required in specific spots, such as between the couch cushions and inside the oven. I cut my finger on debris between the cushions when trying to find a lost toy.Additionally, we found the backyard to be covered in dog waste hidden under the snow. This issue was a result of a neighbor's dog frequently using your yard as a bathroom, which we witnessed while there.

Great place by the lake!

We satyed in June and it was already hot, but the AC works well and it was a very comfortable house! Loved having the games for our kids to play and, of course, a hot tub for the adults.

We had a fabulous time

We reserved the house for our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had our adult children, spouses, and 5 grandchildren (8yrs-14yrs) It worked perfectly for our group. We enjoyed the front porch and firepit continuously, the kids loved the game room. The management company was so easy to work with. I had a couple of requests that were accommodated quickly. The walk to the beach was easy. I cannot say enough positive things. We would love to come back.

Easy Get-a-way

Beautiful location and great house, and just a 1.5 hour drive from home. First couple of days the wind was really blowing at the lake, but we went anyway. Great hikes in the area. House was all that was advertised, would stay there again.

Property was great, but we had issue.

We were there for three full days. On the second day we had a plumbing issue. Contacted company that supports and it was super messy. They kept sending self help options and videos, but with wifi being iffy, it was inefficient at best. They could not get a plumber to come in, and we could not use the kitchen sink. Issue came the first time we used garbage disposal, and we have one at home, so we did not cause issue. Ended up my son in law and my husband had to work on it, went and bought a couple of things and fixed. They were out when the issue started. I literally spent about 5 hours back and forth with the support folks for the house, and with three grandkids in the house, it was not fun and it was stressful. We could not use sink in kitchen. The lady helping us was very nice, but the solutions were not in par with what we needed, which was having someone come in and fix issue. Otherwise, house was nice, well suited for our needs.

Beautiful with chores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful place but the rental had too many rules and there was too much expectation for cleanup with a hefty fee. Not sure why we had to pay the cleaning fee when we ended up taking care of the whole place

Beautiful home

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin style home. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The views were lovely. The children had a blast in the downstairs play room. The 3 bathrooms made getting our family ready and out the door easy. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating.

Nice stay, noticeable that it's a rental agency

My family came out for a vacation for the weekend. Most everything was well stocked and definitely clean and the space is nice and roomy and aesthetically pleasing. Those were all great and no complaints about the space itself except that the ice machine sporadically shot out ice and wasn't working well and the dishwasher didn't release the detergent pod on the first go so we had to wash everything again. I feel it's also important to note that the lake is very much not a 3 minute walk from the house. I have elderly parents and expected them to have access but once you take a 5 minute walk to the parking lot of the beach it's another 8-10 minutes for someone with good balance and that is in shape to trudge through the sand to access the actual water (this was written in September so this may be different in early spring, but I wish we would have known that ahead of time and had better accessibility expectations). Many people drive right up to the lake which is another option but again, just so folks are aware of the beach vibe, it's very car heavy not pedestrian heavy. Vacation Rental 365 also has a very outdated process for filling out some very lengthy paperwork (which includes you needing to have access to a printer and scanner). I'm not sure how often the hot tub is cleaned, we found it with sand in it and they told us just to turn the jets on to basically stir it around. And when we noted there wasn't any sugar in the house they said it's not considered a basic condiment. We bought some and left some there for the benefit of future guests. So just a heads up to know that you're signing up for a stay with a business, and not really for hospitality of any kind. Great place and location, and Vacation Rentals 365 was very available and responded quickly, but I've experienced better customer service from a hotel.

Lake Cle Elum House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process went smoothly. The house was huge, with high vaulted ceilings upstairs adding to spaciousness. The two wall-mounted AC units kept living areas comfortable during 94 F days. Bedding and appliances were all top-notch. Kitchen dish- and glassware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils were easily enough for our large group of two families. Kids really liked the game room and ping-pong table. My ONLY negative comment would be that the glass door to the backyard had been fractured prior to our arrival...something that should have been noticed and replaced by the maintenance staff before our arrival.

We enjoyed walking to the beach, relaxing on the deck, and playing in the game room. Only drawbacks: there is not an air conditioner in the second bedroom upstairs, and the climate control didn’t work in that room (the heat kicked on at one point and wouldn’t turn off), so that family moved downstairs. The front door lock also ran out of batteries, and while VR365 we ended up not being able to lock the front door when we left.

Nice house close to the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, well stocked kitchen and clean. Hot tub wasn’t working and took about a week to get it working. Management said I’d get a $25 per day refund that it didn’t work but haven’t seen that yet. Also shower in master was clogged. Messaged management they said they came and fixed but was still clogged. Hanging rack in master pulled out of wall when i hung clothes on it. They came and put the shelf part back into the wall but left out the hanger rod so had no where to hang my clothes as closet was locked. Other than that it was a great house.

Lovely Spacious cabin walking distance to Lake Cle Elum

We were 6 adults and one 2 year old and enjoyed the time in this lovely cabin. The king bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, allowing the best night sleep in months. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. There was wood to purchase nearby and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We were able to cook all our meals and all sit around the dining room table. The bonus room downstairs was great. We loved being able to walk down to the lake. Even the 2 year old could make it. Close to all the fun of Roslyn. I am not sure if it has since been updated, but the VRBO photos did not all match the house at the time we rented it. There has clearly been a remodel downstairs. The bikes advertised were not available even though the rental company told me they would be. All in all, we would stay here again, and probably add another night.
