Historic house on Madison Av. in midtown Memphis. 2nd floor apartment has private front and rear entrance with gas BBQ Grill on upstairs back patio. Guests have the entire upper floor of the house. Fully furnished apartment, primary bedroom has king size bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, private common area has queen bed, Separate Living area and dining room, kitchen with DW and micro, full 2nd bath. Spacious apartment comfortably sleeping 6, on site laundry with 1/2 bath. Parking is at the rear of the house. The driveway is shared, so must not be blocked.
