Downtown Memphis Condo, Walk To Everything, Sleeps 7

**Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 7 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated and cheaper. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.**

One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!

No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.

Step right out back to visit the National Civil Rights Museum or eat at Central BBQ. Across the street is the famous Earnestine and Hazel's and to the left is the Arcade Diner. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks and a coffee shop right across the street. Walk or take the trolley to everything downtown. A trolley stop is right in front of the building. UNIT 1 Information:

This is a three-story condo. Two bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry are on the third floor. A Serta convertible sofa sleeper is on the landing on the second floor. A queen foam sofa sleeper is in the living room on the first floor along with a half bath, dining area and kitchen.

- Completely renovated as of 2015 with modern finishes and decor

- Walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer or step right outside the front door to ride the trolley

- Condo has two sets of stairs

- 2 Large bedrooms, 2.5 baths

- Both bedrooms have king beds

- 1 queen foam sofa sleeper (located downstairs in the living room)

- 1 three-quarter (in between a twin & a full) Serta convertible sofa sleeper located in the landing on the second floor

- Secure, controlled access building

- 2 Gated, tandem parking spots accessed from behind unit

- Semi-private outdoor deck shared with neighboring unit that is also a vacation rental

- Apple TV/Cable and free WiFi internet provided

- Large smart TVs in living room and each bedroom

- Kitchen fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils and quality cookware.

- Clean towels, linens and bedding provided

- Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer & sugar

- Coffee shop across the street, multiple bars/great restaurants less than a block away

- Trolley stop directly outside front door

- NO pets, parties or events of any kind

- NO smoking/vaping inside the unit or illicit drug use of any kind

**PLEASE NOTE**

This is a residential unit with a residential water heater. Like with your home, if 3 or more people take back-to-back long hot showers, you will run out of hot water. I recommend guests stagger their shower times to avoid running out of hot water. It can take approximately an hour for a full tank to reheat.

Family Gathering in Memphis

Perfect place to stay for a family gathering in Memphis! National Museum of Civil Rights, Central BBQ, and Bluff City Coffee are just a few steps away. Plenty of beds, a fully functional kitchen and gated parking - all great!

Great place for a family get together. Walking distance to Beale Street, yet far enough to be away from the noise. Close to Civil Rights Museum as well. Walking distance to a grocery store too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place To Stay!

This was a great place to stay. The property has been remodeled and is in great condition. It has a lots of character and charm. We loved being able to walk everywhere or jump on a trolley right out the front door. The owner did a great job communicating with us. Will definitely try to stay here again someday.

Love our place in Memphis

Great space on south Main. Across from Bluff City Coffee (try their sausage bisquit) and down the street is Ernestines & Hazel's. South Point Grocey nearby. Place has stairs but two lovely bedrooms at the top, a nice loft bed on the second floor & pulloucouch. Great place to use as base for Memphis. on the ground floir.

Great location and clean!

This property looks like the pictures but only better. It was very clean and close proximity to the main attractions. The only disappointment was the trolly that stops right outside the front door is now out of service. That wouldn’t be a reason though not to stay here. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with a gang!

We loved our stay in Memphis. The location-the best. Great coffee across the street, amazing bar on the corner, great diner (the arcade) on the other corner, a view if the Lorraine motel out the window, and central bbq a minute walk away. Trolly right out your door. The civil rights museum next door-how did we get so lucky. And the place-quiet, sleeps an army....perfect.

I can’t say enough about this property. Spacious, clean, and appointed with everything you could need for your visit. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Memphis. Amazing in Memphis!

This was one of the best Vrbo places ever! Everything about it was worth 5 stars!! I especially appreciated the communication with the property manager…kind & informative! The location is perfect for enjoying Beale Street and all that has to offer...blues, brews and of course, barbecue! We had an amazing time in Memphis and much of that was due to the comfortable and beautiful Vrbo! Coming back after a day of sight seeing or an evening of musical entertainment was completed with this wonderful 'home'. In fact, if we return to Memphis in the near future, you can be sure that we will request this same property! Thanks, again, to the property managers for providing a true 'home away from home'. This was a fantastic property. It has multi levels that are laid out nicely. The living room is comfortable , the kitchen is great as well as the bedrooms. Two couples stayed and the terms “superb”, “exceptional” and “awesome” was used to describe this place. This property is located near many attractions, which includes a good size grocery store. Highly recommended!

The condo was excellent, as advertised. It is truly walkable to every place downtown. The security measures of fenced parking and secure entrances are excellent. The mattress on fold out couch could use some additional padding. And, a couple of towels per guest would be helpful for longer stays. Otherwise, we were completely comfortable and happy with the accomodations!

My wife, Christine and I are Downtown Memphians and purchased this property in 2019. The previous owner operated both out units as Short-Term rentals just as we are.

We look forward to hosting new and returning guests to our units. We love Memphis and think our guests will too.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideally located in the Downtown Memphis area. For starters, there is private off-street parking and ample security for the units.

There is a unique and superb local coffee shop literally right across the street and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The Civil Rights Museum is just around the corner and the Blues Hall of Fame is just up the street.

The Memphis Orpheum Theater is only a short walk up the road with Memphis' Famous Beale Street only a further short walk from there.

Central Bar-B-Q, one of Memphis' more famous BBQ restaurants is also close-by.

What makes this property unique

If you like Memphis or are traveling here for the first time, this is the place for you. Moreover, if you are coming as a large group, this unit sleeps 6 very comfortably and has the other amenities you would expect at home.

A car is not required for enjoying Memphis with this property as your home base. You can get to most places by simply walking. Also, the Memphis Trolley system has a stop very near this unit and it only cost $1 per ride.
