Come enjoy your vacation in San Remo 109, a gulf front, end unit with lots of natural light, completely renovated, and professionally decorated! New paint - new floors- new counters- new bedding- new mattresses - all new furniture inside and out - and more! 3 bedroom and 3 bath ground floor unit with large walkout patio.
-Master bedroom with king size bed. Master bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. Master closet spacious enough for pack-n-play. Pack-n-play already here so no need to bring it!
-Second bedroom with king bed and adjoining bathroom
-Third bedroom with custom built-in bunk bed -QUEEN on bottom, twin on top with adjoining bath.
-laundry room (new washer & dryer)
-Kitchen recently renovated with quartz counter tops, new back splash, and all new appliances. Keurig and regular coffee makers. New dishware and glassware....all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need.
-Large outdoor patio with picnic table and new teak furniture seating enough for 8!
-New 65 in flat screen smart TV equipped with Chromecast!
-Flat screen TVs in every bedroom.
-Free WIFI
-Daily beach service included....2 chairs & umbrella (March-Oct)
San Remo is a private gated complex that offers many amenities with plenty of parking! It is located on the West end of 30A within walking distance to Gulf Place and several restaurants....including the new Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and many more!
-Less crowded area of 30A but easy drive to Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary
-Also close to Destin shopping and attractions
-Onsite workout room
-Community grills conveniently located in front of 109
-Large lap pool and spacious hot tub. Pool is heated march 1-April!
-Walk right out to pool and beach from ground floor unit.
-100 steps from pool to beach!!!
-Faux Wood (no splinters) boardwalk from pool to beach!

This is not just a rental, but our home away from home! We are not interested in renting to college kids & do NOT allow large parties or groups larger than 8. You must be 25 to rent and present at unit during duration of stay. We have someone local on call 24/7 if an issue arises for you or us....it will be taken care of in a timely manner! This is a great place for families. We take pride in providing a great experience for our renters and want you to have a great trip, so we ask that you please respect our home! If you’re looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, and makes vacation relaxing...this is your place!

Hi! We are from Atlanta and have two children. We have vacationed in the gulf for as long as we both can remember and always knew we wanted to have a place to make memories with our family. We fell in love with San Remo after staying there several times. We are so happy to have a home away from home to share with you!

Why they chose this property

San Remo is on 30A, but on the South end where it is less crowded and more quaint....but the good news it is only a short drive to Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, and the other attractions 30A has to offer. We love San Remo because it is private, gated, on the beach, has an amazing pool and hot tub, and has friendly owners and visitors.
We particularly love the ground floor corner unit. It feels very private with lots of natural light and is so easy to walk straight out to the pool and beach. We have two children and always bring more kids with us...the kids are literally in and out of the condo all day. This convenience makes vacation more enjoyable :) Never use an elevator and park right in front of the unit. It is super family friendly and we cannot wait for you to enjoy San Remo #109 as much as we do!
