Reserve your spot at this charming corner condo to experience the best of Martha's Vineyard! Spend as much time as you'd like at the property's shared pool, grilling area, and Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Plus, the beach is right around the corner.

Golfers will be delighted to find the gorgeous Farm Neck Golf Club right next door. Bring your favorite clubs along and tee off surrounded by natural beauty. The beach is just down the road, whether you're headed to Inkwell Beach a mile up the road or Joseph Sylvia State Beach half a mile away.

Retire to your first-floor condo in the evening and prepare a home-cooked meal in the full kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Settle in for a movie night in front of the cable TV, and connect to the free WiFi. Kids are always welcome here - a Pack 'n Play is available on request.

If you brought a car, enjoy the Island Inn's complimentary on-site parking. If you didn't, the community is situated on a bus route, making it easy to get around the area. Renting a bike and exploring the bike paths is another fun option.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
