About the host
Hosted by Shannon Marti

I am a Real Estate Professional who loves showcasing beautiful properties and helping buyers find their dream home. When not selling real estate you will find me working on my 20 acre farm with my herd of horses and also breeding and raising miniature Highland and Highpark cattle. (fluffy and docile grass puppies)
Why they chose this property
I was out showing homes in the area to some clients and drove past this property and from the road you can't see the house but I didn't care, the land and trees were so beautiful I knew I had to have it! I went home and wrote an offer, submitted it to seller whom called me to ask of my intentions with the property. The property was near and dear to his heart as he and his son built the main home, put up all the fencing and did all the beautiful boulder walls and flower beds. He realized from our conversation that I shared the same vision as he had for the property to be a beautiful place for animals to roam and people to gather and enjoy so they accepted my offer!
The home was 1989 and all original so I have spent the past 6 years redesigning and updating the 5000 square foot home, landscaping, and most recently the barn. Currently in the process of repainting the entire fence around the Ranch.

What makes this property unique
The abundance of trees from 100 year old oaks, Spruce, Pine and red cedars adorn the property. Every boulder/rock in the massive landscaping came from the ground of this farm, none have ever been brought in. Completely fenced in wood gives an inviting and warm welcome as you come up the long private driveway. In the snow it looks like a winter wonderland.
