Experience lake life…stunning views on 100 feet of lake shore.

I also offer a great pontoon (seen in the pictures) for an additional fee during your stay. Inquire with me if you would like to include a pontoon rental for your vacation!

Our two story home is wonderful spot for your family to create lasting memories. A great family home for reunions with Grandparents, children and grandchildren, your group of friends or just your family. Complete with two kitchens in the upper level and lake level. In the summer enjoy all the lake activities, bonfires, walking paths, bird watching, boating and fishing. In the winter watch snowmobilers, ice fisherman and wildlife.

Our fully remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 1 is master suite with his/her sinks, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is everything you need to create a delicious meal including dishes, utensils and cookware. The kitchen, dining and living room are all one big space. The dining tables can accommodate up to 12.

Fun Family Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. It was a great location with all the amenities we could want. The home is very spacious with a large backyard lawn. The pontoon, paddle boards, and Lily Pad provide plenty of options for fun on the lake.

Family Memories

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Eagles Nest. Host Vicki is so accommodating with great communication. The welcoming cookies were a special arrival treat. The house has great views of the lake, plenty of room for our three- generation family get together, and had everything we needed for our stay. We spent many hours on the lower- level patio relaxing and watching family play yard games and catch fish off the dock. Granddaughters had lots of fun with the nice assortment of kids toys and games and they loved the sand pile. This is a great place to stay and relax!We made so many family memories here and look forward to returning next year. Thank you Vicki!

We can’t really say enough about this outstanding property. It is very well kept and maintained by the owner, Vicki. The lower level provided the perfect space for our grandkids to play when inside. We all loved the time on the pontoon. Vicki has all the “extras” that anyone could need for lake enjoyment; a Mable Tube, Lilly pad, paddle boards, kayak, sand pile, etc. There is much less for us to pack and bring knowing Vicki has so many items provided. We very much enjoyed sitting out back either on, or below the deck, looking out over the lake. The serenity provided for a great family vacation opportunity. We are already looking forward to returning with our family next summer!

Another great visit!

This was the second time we stayed here and this year was as good as last year. The home and property are well kept up and very welcoming. We cooked all our meals here and the kitchen is spacious enough that we weren’t crowded. We enjoyed using the pontoon, kayak and paddle boards. The deck and patio provide close up views of the lake.

"Nest" for wedding

We did have issues with using the gas grill but, overall, the property was great. The kitchen was very large and well equipped and we used the outdoor space several times. We would definitely recommend the property.

Wake up to unbelievable views!

My favorite part of this house is the fabulous view that you have looking out to the lake! So beautiful and peaceful! Very clean and well suited for families; couples; just guys or just girls. Close to casino, snow skiing, fishing, swimming and year round fun! I definitely recommend this property if you want to enjoy the great cities of Minneapolis and/or St. Paul.

Beautiful Eagles Nest - Minn

Eagles Nest was a wonderful property. Our family of 7 were in Minn for a wedding and the stay here was our highlight. The house had everything we needed and more. Very family friendly and clean. The location and view were amazing. Vicki was so very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Her home was exactly what we were looking for. We even had other family over for dinner and it was their highlight as well. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will book here again when in Minn.

Fabulous Property

This was a perfect location for a family vacation. Spring Lake is beautiful and has the feel of northern Minnesota in a metropolitan area. The kitchen is fabulous with everything we needed for preparing meals and having enough room for several cooks at the same time. We saw the Bald Eagle several days in a row and the bird feeder attracted beautiful birds. There are beautiful walking trails nearby. The owner is available to answer your questions quickly. I’d love to stay there again.

Wonderful, Warm Lake Home

The owner Vicki met us at the door on arrival and was so friendly and her lake home was everything and more then expected-beautiful open floor plan with comfy furniture and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We felt very much at home. Lovely outside spaces. We sat one night on the lower patio area and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and lights around the lake...it was magical. We recommend the restaurant “Charlie’s On Prior”. Wonderful atmosphere and food was great! Sat on outside patio area overlooking the lake. Thank you again Vicki for sharing your home for a truly memorable weekend.

Wonderful lake retreat

Wow! Our family had the best time gathering here. Communication was excellent and the property even offered space to park our motorhome. Grandkids joined us from just minutes away and loved the opportunity to splash in the lake. There were water toys, paddle boards, etc. Vicky has done a marvelous job of creating a welcoming, beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. A little rain just meant time to gather in the well appointed kitchen to pitch in and put to use family recipes for everything from meatballs to popsicles. All were enjoyed out on the spacious deck. Our daughter said it’s like your favorite aunt let you borrow her cool lake house. We’re already booked for next year.

Our Minnesota family only lives a few miles from this property so it was a perfect place for our three generations to gather and spend another fantastic week on Spring Lake! Check in to this extremely clean, comfortable home was simple with plenty of parking including a spot for our son’s boat. The kids loved the sand, the cooks the spacious well-stocked kitchen and those looking for a cool beverage the extra refrigerator in the lower walk out level. In addition to the lake, there is a large backyard which was great for the croquet set we brought along. Rain? There are multiple televisions, board games, and lots of room to spread out. Thanks, Vickie, for sharing Eagles Nest with us again this year! We hope to return.

Family vacation 2025

This was our 6th year at Eagle’s Nest for 2 weeks. We love coming back here with our family. Our grandkids love the lily pad and running on it and jumping off. While we were there we celebrated our grandkids birthdays and our anniversary.

When became Empty Nester's we decided to move to a more serene setting. Spring Lake in Prior Lake was just a perfect location. Close to our sons and their families and everything a big city has to offer yet on the outskirts. My husband and I spent many hours remodeling until it was perfect. After his passing I have decided to share this beautiful setting with others. I grew up on an Iowa farm and believe in sharing what I have been blessed with. It gives me great joy to meet my guests, hear their stories of family /friend gatherings and reunions. Just enjoy a special time together away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with a beautiful relaxing view of the water. I look forward to hosting you and hearing your story.

Why they chose this property

The best thing about this property is location, location, location.
You can have a lake vacation yet only be a short 30 min. from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul and all a big city has to offer. When you enter the home you have sweeping views of the lake. It is set up great for entertaining... two outdoor patios, a large back yard for games and complete with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. For the sports minded I have 4 TV's so you don't miss the big play. There is a small boat garage filled with backyard games, paddle boards, Lilly pad, fire pit, fishing gear, sand pile for the little ones and much more.
My personal pontoon is available for an additional daily rate for those with boating experience.
I will only be a short distance away and available for any questions or needs you may have.
