Salty Sand-Close to the pool, steps to the beach!

Modern, updated, ocean-view villa overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the patio. Recently renovated with plank floors and shaker cabinets, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two child sized bunks.

Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

It was a little small for three older kids but loved the access to the pool and beach. Appreciated the gated community for th older kids to go to the pool and beach by themselves.

Great stay all the way around! Had an issue with the fridge but the host was in it asap! (Fan froze up that pumps air from the freezer to the refrigerator compartment). Had it handled and fixed within the day and only took about 15 mins to fix. Would definitely stay again and go through the host again.

Great Mother-Daughter Weekend

The location of this condo is perfect. It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza (dinner, shopping, grocery) and just far enough to be out of the beach crowds. My daughter and I had just enough space to enjoy our Girls Weekend!

Owners go above and beyond to add extra touches to make everything nice and convenient. We were greeted with cookies, they leave beach chairs for you to use and the location is great. It’s a really cute place too! We were over all very pleased.

Perfect place to stay

We were planning to stay the weekend and already booked another condo nearby. Decided to stay an extra day and needed somewhere close to Coligney. Luckily finding this property recommended by my mother, allowing us to stay our extra day for a good price with all the space and accommodations needed for our stay

Great HHI Experience

This is a great place to stay, the property was updated , kitchen was well stocked, and the entire unit was very clean, communication from the owner was fantastic. The beach is just steps away down the boardwalk from the complex. Highly recommend this property for your next HHI vacation.

Great location

The location was perfect. On the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool. The size of the condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Any more is very tight. The host was very quick to respond. Bring a wagon to carry your beach gear!

It's small. But you have the minimum of what you might need. When we go we're at the beach or out and about. So for our purposes it was perfect! The owner is responsive and friendly should a need arise!

Great spot!

This condo was perfect for my partner and I. We stayed from a sunday to friday and had a great time! The unit is perfectly located and walking distance to the Coligny Plaza area. The walk to the beach was also nice and short. We really enjoyed using the pool, it never felt too busy and we were always able to get a spot. Parking was easy and I liked that the complex was not loud and didn’t feel busy. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Long Weekend in Hilton Head SC.

This property was very well maintained inside and out. Communication with the owner, Kendall, was detailed and very straight forward. Property location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was perfect. The beach was just a short walk across the parking lot....a few minutes max. Shopping and restaurants at Coligny were less than a 10 minute walk. Just all around perfect location!!!! We will definitely be checking availability with Kendall the next time we plan a trip to HHI. Thanks Again Kendall!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, parking, access to beach. Pool is small but nice. Owner is incredibly responsive to messages and questions, property is clean. Very small for 4 adults--we felt somewhat cramped, would never bring 6 as advertised. The bunk beds are not full sized twin beds and would work only for smaller children. Would work well for couples, or those with younger children.
