Spectacular Tree house! Amazing Views!!

Imagine yourself sitting on the deck, admiring breathtaking mountain views, all the while enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning or a fantastic glass of wine in the evening! Our views of the San Juan Mountains are unbeatable from the deck space, with plenty of seating for you and your party to enjoy the scenery. Enjoy the grill and view while you cook for your friends and family. Enjoy the hot tub after a good ski or hike in the mountains! Echo lake is a short, five-minute drive for great fishing! We are so pleased to share our home away from home with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do!
The house has large casement windows and wrap-around decks for enjoying the breathtaking views. There is a private, covered outdoor hot tub to relax in after a fun-filled day in the mountains. Features include satellite with three HDTVs and high speed internet. The full kitchen contains a microwave, a dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. This is a chef's dream for a vacation home. Bedding and linens are provided. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
With its large bedroom/game room, which has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a ping pong table, it is a perfect 'get away' spot for kids of all ages. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The house, with approximately 3200 sq. ft., is suitable for a family reunion and with 3 acres, one of which is fenced, there is plenty of room to stretch. It is also ideal for a romantic getaway with its gourmet kitchen and dining table near the fireplace where a nice meal can be followed by a visit to the on-site hot tub. Any evening can be capped off with a leisurely viewing of the mountains and alpenglow at sunset on the large wrap-around deck.

Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado and offers 320 days of sunshine a year with beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls. It offers lots of outdoor recreation and much more. There is much to do to keep busy. The TREE HOUSE is located just a short distance from a pristine lake stocked with trout and bass. River rafting is available in Pagosa Springs, which is four miles from the TREE HOUSE. Trophy hunting is also available in the San Juan Mountains. A visit to the Chimney Rock National Monument will not disappoint. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the most snow in Colorado, with an average of over 600 inches per year and it is only 20 miles from The TREE HOUSE! Gambling is not far away at the Ute Casino Resort. When you are finished soaking in the on-site hot tub, you can try the famous hot springs in Pagosa. Come play in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in the TREE HOUSE in Pagosa Springs.

Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze.

This was our 2nd year to stay in the Treehouse for a week of skiing, and once again our stay was perfect! Everything about the house exceeded our needs. From kitchen to ping pong table, beds, and hot tub, our ski break was fantastic. Heck, I'll even give credit for the great snow to our hosts!You can't go wrong with the Treehouse.

Nice family getaway

Plenty of space, nice grounds, fenced for dogs, lots of deers in the neighborhood, well provisioned even for thanksgiving dinner! Close to Pagosa Springs, hiking, etc

Yearly ski trip was a hit this year perfect house for it! Hot tub, games, large kitchen are great for mingling, and overall cozy! Accommodates large groups! Stayed here on my very first ski trip approx 10 years ago and it was yet another hit

Great Ski Trip in Pagosa Springs!

The home was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and rest between trips to the slopes! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for great meals. Hot tub did not disappoint! Will definitely visit again!

Nice home in the hills of Pagosa

We stayed in this home in October, and it fit the size of our group well. The large porch was perfect for enjoying the view and watching the birds and deer in the area! The home was clean and in a conveinient location to town while still being a little more secluded too.

We had a great time!

Great accommodations... great location! Only about 4 miles south of Pagosa Springs, but felt like we were more secluded. Wonderful views of the mountains and wildlife (we saw deer almost every day) from the deck. We brought our canoe to use at nearby Echo Lake and caught plenty of rainbow trout. We will be back!

Relaxing family time

The cabin was beautiful. There was plenty of room and sleeping areas for my family! Fun activities like a ping pong table, hot tub, piano, and sitting around the fire. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio is huge! Beautiful views. I did not want to leave!

Beautiful views!

My wife and I loved our stay at this home. the views are incredible and everything is as advertised. The house is close to town but far enough out that you can enjoy the quiet of nature. We saw deer, turkeys, eagles, ravens, chipmunks, squirrels, blue birds, hummingbirds, and more. If you are wanting to stay near Pagosa Springs, do yourself a favor and stay here.

Location was perfect for our day trips. The property could have seen better stocked or should have let us know that items were in short supply i.e. paper towels tissue good quality of toilet paper ire wood charcoal for grill and cleaner for ceramic cook top.

Great Family Escape

Wonderful mountain get away with space for everyone. Would recommend window A/C unit for Master Bedroom and one for Upstairs for 90+ degree days. Great kitchen and dining for large groups! Love the deck. Thank you!

Pagosa stay

The house is very nice - perfect for a family. The location is very scenic - no traffic or light at night. Deer were grazing near the house every day. The only complaint we have is the heating system. It’s some kind of ambient heat blowing out. When it’s 85 degrees outside you don’t want it to be hotter than that inside.

Beautiful home!

Spent the weekend at this amazing home, it was just as described! The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing to use at the end of our day! Our fur babies enjoyed the home as well! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back! Our only complaint is that our time was too short there! Hopefully next time we can stay longer! Amazing views

Amazing deck and views, plenty of wildlife to see. Great fenced-in yard for dog, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, close enough to town. Nice firepit for making smores with the family. Hottub was a great to relax in. Owner was always just a call away if we had questions. Only drawback was the door downstairs was hard to unlock with key and upstairs keypad wasnt working correctly when we arrived.

Awesome for any stay in Pagosa with multiple families

More than enough room to give kids space and parents. Grounds were perfect for adventurous kiddos, deck was awesome for parents to relax. Two full baths with an extra shower downstairs (total of three places to shower) and a half bath downstairs provided plenty of space. House was comfortable, clean and fully ready for visitors. Natalie was amazing to work with, ready to answer any questions immediately. Five stars.

Cool Property

The kids loved sledding at this property. There was lots of room to explore. They really enjoyed the two floors of the home to explore. The only downfall to this home (if you are coming with small children) there are alot of exterior doors in this property. Other than that we had a great time! Thank you!

Awesome!!!

The Tree House was a wonderful home for us and our Golden Retriever. A very private home yet close to town and everything you need. A great fenced in area for our boy to play in. The views from everywhere on the deck was beautiful. Pagosa has plenty of good restaurants at about any price range and many fantastic day trips from this location. We were fortunate to be able to spend the first 3 weeks of August here, getting out of Oklahoma summer heat and hope to do it again. 10 stars

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed at this Tree House for Thanksgiving with our family and extended family (12 people). We had a spectacular time! Whether ot was just lounging around with the family or going out to the local shops and hot springs, it was a great time. The space is clean, and it has great views. Definitely would stay here again. One thing to note is that the Internet isnt the fastest and stopped working at all because it was snowing and I imagine they use wireless internet. (I'm told by locals internet is still somewhat of an issue in Pagosa Springs). All in all we had fun!

Awesome Vacation Home! Great time!

We had a wonderful time. The home looks like it could sleep up to 12, but we had 4 adult couples and there was plenty of privacy when needed. The house has 3 living areas, one large one on the main floor with the kitchen, and 2 smaller ones downstairs, so people could do their own thing if they wanted. Plenty of TVs and a lot of stations with DirecTV. The ping pong table was very popular, too. The hot tub was plenty big for us and felt great on a cool night. The home is fenced so the dogs could run the large yard as they pleased. There are tons of things to do in Pagosa Springs, which is only a 5 minute drive. Beautiful views from the decks too. All in all, highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

Pagosa Springs is near a wonderful ski area in Wolf Creek Pass. Also, the scenery is beautiful in here (which you will see as your are coming from the Wolf Creek Ski area, back into town (see Photo # 16). The house is large enough to accommodate large groups and there is always a spot where you can escape from the crowd. The hot tub is great after a cold evening to chat and enjoy a nice glass of wine. We are very pleased with our selection and know you will enjoy your stay here!
