Main house has one king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms sharing the hall bath. The upstairs apartment boasts both a queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa, plus kitchenette. Flat-screen TV is available in each bedroom and the upstairs apartment. Patio with views invites you to spend your evening around the gas fire pit enjoying your wine discoveries of the day! For your convenience, there is an EV Charger (Level 2 [240V AC, 50 amp]). Rendezvous in fabulous Paso Robles for fine dining, boutique shopping, world-class wine tasting, and more. This pet-friendly home awaits your arrival! City Permit #STR19-0247. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

Perfection in Paso

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for 4 days to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with his sons and our daughter-in-law. It was perfect for us. One couple stayed in the little apartment in the back and they loved having their own place. The house looks new and we liked the decor. We didn't use the fireplace because it was a real wood burning stove - an electric one would have been better - but it wasn't cold so that was not a problem. The yard was the best feature - beautifully landscaped and perfect for the outdoor games we played. We didn't use the fire pit because it was a little too windy but we did sit outside a lot. The bedrooms were spacious and the master bathroom was great - even had a rain shower. Everything was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals is superior. Everyone was so helpful, no matter who answered my call. I was extremely pleased with the excellent service. Thank you all for helping us enjoy a great family reunion and birthday celebration.

Already hoping to come back!

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable! The check-in process was seamless with the keyless entry/door code. The app they provided with all the check-in info was super easy to use, especially with the mobile check-in/check-out. The house was super clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, grill supplies, and coffee! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I looked at the king mattress brand so that I could remember it for my personal needs. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and mini toiletries set up for us. The outdoors fire pit and the indoor fireplace were both so nice. We used both during our stay and it was lovely to drink wine and hang with our family around the fire. The check-out instructions were very simple and clear, which I appreciated! And overall, my family and I really enjoyed the house, especially our dog who ran around the backyard multiple times throughout the day. Also, the location of the house is great! 5 minutes from Downtown Paso and close to markets! I can definitely see us booking this house again for future wine tasting visits!

Very nice house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house. We had three couples and had plenty of space. The house would work well for four couples. Great well-appointed kitchen. Our wine group likes to cook most evenings and it was very easy to cook our favorite meals. Nice BBQ on the patio. Great views. Nice bathrooms. One couple liked the separate apartment above the garage since it had plenty of privacy. They were early risers and didn't wake the other guests in the main house.Very clean house, check in was easy and we had a very nice time in Paso Robles wine country!

Paso Paradise

The home was spacious for a large group and perfect for a party of 8. The amenities were fantastic, and the cleanliness of the house was top-notch. It's a convenient location, just 5 minutes from downtown. Our dogs had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space as well. The host was very responsive and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!
