Falcon Point is a great, cozy neighborhood tucked into a golf course and located in the heart of Katy. This property is great for families of all ages since there are no stairs!
What makes this property unique
It's so close to everything! In a gated neighborhood. And, the house is just the right size. Kids are welcome to play with all the toys and enjoy the yard.
