Nestled at the end of private road, our beautiful cottage sleeps 9 comfortably. Surrounded by mature trees on a 1/3 acre of land. Bring your family to enjoy warm days at the beach and evenings by the fire pit.

Central to everything Harbor County has to offer. We're situated just 1.5 mile from downtown Sawyer, a great place to visit local breweries, like Greenbush Brewery, the Sawyer Garden Center, antique shops, and great food.

Close to numerous wineries, microbreweries, distilleries, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries and more.

Less than 1 mile from Warren Dunes where you climb the sand dunes and relax or swim on the beautiful beaches. You'll love the location and the house.

Three full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, plus sleeper sofa, and air mattress.
Indoor gas burning fireplace, screen porch, 8 person hot tub, enjoy meals with both gas and charcoal grills. Central heat and AC. Full size washer and dryer.

Come stay at our updated, beautiful, 1200 sf house. We have a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs!

This fresh and clean cottage is the perfect rental property for a large or small family or multiple families.

Possibly the most well equipped rental that we’ve ever stayed at. This was the first time that we’ve traveled with our dog, and it was well prepared for her as well. Property is quiet, peaceful, nicely landscaped and clean. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The backyard was very beautiful & having a screened in porch was super helpful for mosquitoes! The extra bonus was the hot tube & fire pit. Although, we didn't get to use the fire pit because of rain. It was just a good set up around!

Great location and stay!

The location was great for everything we wanted to do- beach, dunes, breweries, wine bars and restaurants. The house and amenities were very nice. Loved the backyard and hot tub. Very pet friendly!

Great set up for lounging in the backyard around the firepit, playing games on the screened in porch, and hanging on the front porch with a book and/or drink. Love the yard and hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the beautiful peaceful yard and the hot tub. The hammock was the best. And it was great to be so close to the dunes.

This property was great ! A lot of on hand items to help you have things to do outside games inside games and a lot of them very comfortable setting we do not have a dog but if you did the property accommodated them and very well, we would definitely return. Everything can never be perfect so in all fairness to future travelers the only things that i see would need addressed would be sleeping, if you had two adult groups sleeping was a little uncomfortable being bunks and futons great for kids not adults some outdoor items needed addressed nothing functionable just simple noticeable things level up storage compartments by hot tub, cut out small dead branches etc. simple little things bascic curb appeal i highly recommend this place and will definitely return if available on my travel dates

Great dog friendly spot

5 minutes from warren dune state park and 20 mins from Silver Beach at St Joes..so great location, very nice house with great amenities and lots of cool beach supplies to use while there!! And nice to have a pet friendly home that is truly pet friendly!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay

Great stay! Enjoyed local restaurants, ordering in and dining out, made some excellent meals in the nice kitchen with farm-fresh foods. Easy walk to the beach to see sunsets, and made much use of Warren Dunes State Park. The dog was the most comfortable of all!

A great centralized spot in SW MI. A couple minutes from Warren Dunes and centrally located between New Buffalo and St. Joe/Benton Harbor. House was clean, spacious and comforting!!

A nice, quiet stay

We had a great time! I enjoyed the property's wooded surroundings and the private backyard. It's just a stone's throw from Warren Dunes beach and hiking trails, which was also nice. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the many available games (especially badminton and scategories). The bedrooms fit the six of us well and location was great for a quick visit to ND and hanging out at the dunes. For seating with the tv we were one spot short the rainy evening we watched a movie.

We love this property because it is a very secluded, wooded property, only 90 minutes from home, but we feel a world away. The proximity to Warren Dunes and Weko Beach, where they have dog friendly beach for our fury baby is amazing. And it is right in the middle of New Buffalo and St. Joes.
