Welcome to Pier Michigan! Another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations.

This brand new, single family home is located just a short walk from downtown Union Pier. This recently renovated area is the newest place to grab a bite to eat and suport Harbor Country's local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Set back off of Prusa Rd, this single-story home has the quintessential southwest Michigan vibe with cozy furnishings and lakeshore decor. Mature trees surround the home and a wood-burning firepit in the front yard is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The home has large porches off of the front and side of the property where you can sit back and enjoy the tranquility of the wooded, secluded location.

Open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas make the space feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. Off the common area there is a master bedroom with a full bath. At the back of the home are two guest bedrooms and a full bath for bedrooms and guests.

Just a short walk away is the newly renovated downtown Union Pier where you can shop, eat, and pick up treats at Milda's, Black Currant, and Union Pier Social. There are newly installed sidewalks along Red Arrow which can take you from Timothy's restaurant at one end to Whistle Stop Grocery and Cafe at the other.

Townline beach is just past downtown, making this home still within walking distance to spend a day at lake, walk the waterfront, or savor a Lake Michigan sunset.

Dreamhouse

My wife chose this property based on the decore. She walked in and stated that this was her dreamhouse! The furnishing were beautiful and very clean. The beds/comforters were SO comfy! They had left a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room which gave the room such a warm feeling. Ironically, this home sat in front of my brother's backyard~which told us it was in a wonderful neighborhood. We saw soo many deer too! We highly recommend this cozy home! *Side note~ It was confusing to know which consumables we could use since there was a note about additional fees.

Very nice property, as described

3 adults for a short Holiday visit. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Needed to contact the property manager a couple of times and that went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

Great property in a great location

Property was one of the more immaculately kept rentals we've stayed in - checkin/checkout was very smooth and straightforward. Close to everything from New Buffalo to Warren Dunes.

Awesome Union Pier cottage

This cottage was close to Union pier businesses and walkable to beach. Great outdoor living areas which were perfect for hanging out, playing games and reading. Cottage had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family.

Great week at the beach

I loved staying at this house with my husband and two adult daughters. We have been coming to union pier with two other families for 25 years and this year didn’t disappoint! While we had to drive to the beach, the location was quiet and the house was really beautiful. The outside space was perfect for our communal dinners and the fire pit and hot tub were great for after dinner lounging. The property manager was so helpful and when we arrived and we never had any other needs while we were there Would definitely rent this house again!
