Peaceful and relaxing new condo building, 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms comfortable and spacious living. Fully equipped kitchen for the the Chef in you or for just a light breakfast while enjoying the views from the unit's balcony or the building top terrace.
Walk along the beach, plenty of restaurants in the boulevard to choose, small town atmosphere. The city of Merida is a must visit, a short drive/taxi ride. Museums, Symphony plays, cinemas and many more things to do. If relaxion is in your vocabulary, add "Palapas" to it, as it will definitely memorable.

Our home has Cable TV, WiFi, AC, Parking, access to our complex swimming pool and more, to make your stay as comfortable for a short or long stay. Gated Building.

Great location the patio furniture needs to be replaced and the pool needs to be repainted all units are not the same over all I will stay here again

Great condo

Very comfortable condo,with well equipped kitchen..we could have used another key to the condo.. Great pool, poolside chairs very uncomfortable though. Grounds beautiful and well kept. .Easy transportation to downtown.Closet in second bedroom needed hanging space..Thought that the cleaning fees were a little high. All said a great stay..

If you are looking for a small town setting where you can be at the beach , relax in your condo, meet some new friends and leave the busy city live behind for a while. Then I would say, we share similar likes!
Canada is my home and Progreso is kind of my "sunny cottage" where one can relax and recharge for sure!

Why they chose this property

Perfect Getaway from the busy city living, one visit to Progreso was enough to purchase our "Cottage" on the beach. Great for quality time with Family and friends. Memorable moments will draw you back to return.
Lots of places to visit and learn about the rich culture and wonderful people.
The complex is great to reunite or to make new friends. try a visit to some ruins, swim in a Cenote pool, walk a market, visit Merida, etc
one always can find something interesting to do.

What makes this property unique

Ample living space for a long stay, fully furnished and great kitchen space to learn new recipes. Sip your coffee in the balcony overlooking the swimming pool or enjoy an afternoon drink watching the sun set at the terrace.
