New upper level one-bedroom apartment in a 2-story house. Ocean views from every room. Listen to the waves and enjoy the breeze on your private beachside terrace or soak in the sun on your private pool facing terrace. Relax and recharge in a peaceful setting.
Open concept kitchen - living - dining room
Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, air fryer, nutra bullet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans. We provide supplies such as drinking water, coffee, tea, oils and basic spices.
Living room with AC, Roku TV, games
Fans throughout
Bedroom with queen bed, sitting area, desk, AC and ceiling fan.
Bathroom with rainfall shower, hot and pressurized water.
Separate wifi for the unit
Secure covered parking on site.
The upstairs apartment is self contained with private entrance and access to the beach and outdoor shower.
The shared pool is not heated and open year-round.
We live on site with 4 friendly dogs (2 senior and 2 rescues from Chelem). Based on the level of interaction you desire, we are available or will make ourselves invisible :-).
The property is about 1.5 km west of Chelem center with a small store and a couple of restaurants within walking distance but transportation is recommended if you don't like to walk or take public transportation.
