This very special property gives residents a perfect vacation getaway with both the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean just a short walk away. Watch the sun rise over Ormond Beach and the sun set over the river. Bordered on the north by Bicentennial Park with shaded walking trails and tennis courts. Relax or fish on the public boardwalk, kayak on the river, stroll the beach looking for shells, cook out on the deck, or simply rest and restore in this one of a kind beach retreat.

What's inside?
This Rivocean Beach Retreat is beautifully furnished and appointed. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Heavenly mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is gorgeous with white marble counter tops, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster oven, and all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with ample seating to watch movies or sporting events. The bathroom has a deep bathtub for a relaxing soak! The enclosed porch on the back has a table and chairs for meals and games and a daybed for an afternoon nap! Also, there is a Maytag washer and dryer for your convenience.

Beach house getaway

Beautiful beach house. Great location with short walk to Ocean and beautiful sunsets over the Halifax River. Great restaurant choices nearby. Jennifer is a great hostess, very helpful and easy to communicate with if we had any questions. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The house was beautiful easy to keep clean pleasant surroundings quiet neighborhood and great neighbors. Easy access to beach n park husband enjoyed the pier which was great for meeting other people and enjoy fishing ormand beach was a beautiful place easy access to restaurants and shopping

I used to have a condo at New Smyrna Beach but sold it. My goal was to eventually own a home and was blessed to discover Ormond Beach.

What makes this property unique

Ormond is such a special location with many more dining and shopping opportunities then New Smyrna. I just love Ormond! Especially the quiet beach at one end of my street and the river at the other.
