Stunning views.

The location, views and main deck is excellent. The second deck entrance off the hallway needs some work and clean up. You get the morning sun on this deck so should be fixed up for everyday use. The main deck is gorgeous but doesn’t get sun until noon and can be a little cool in the winter with winds off the ocean. This makes use of the second deck very important. The hot tub in the parkade was being renovated, but never saw a repairman. Overall, we really enjoyed the suite and would rent it again. The third bedroom was out in the hallway, not attached to the suite. This should’ve been disclosed in the advertisement. And the price should have been adjusted accordingly. It’s really a 2 bedroom with a detached 3rd bedroom.
