Bay Views, Watch Sailboats Go By....

Relax into the coastal life at our stylish & modern La Playa condo in beautiful Point Loma. Our condo is across the street from the locally known Kellogg Beach. One can enjoy a dog & kid friendly beach, walking trail, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming in the San Diego Bay. Spectacular bay views with beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be viewed from the balcony. Located in one of the best areas in all of San Diego, close to the harbor and 2 miles from the ocean.

I will meet you in person for check in but otherwise leave our guests alone and available 24/7 should you need something.

La Playa is a local spot in Point Loma tucked away at the end of the peninsula. Beach access is directly across the street.

Guests will have access to the underground garage with two reserved parking spaces. There is a community pool, hot tub and sauna just steps away from the condo front door.

As you walk in you will see the condo has a nice separation for guests. On the left side of the condo is the queen and twin rooms with separate hallway and shared bathroom. Laundry room off the hallway. As you enter the main living space of the condo you will see a nice open kitchen, pantry and dining room. Take a few short steps down to the sunken living room that completely opens on to the balcony with bay views. On this side of the house at the end you have the master suite with en suite bathroom. The dedicated workspace is located in the spacious master bedroom and even has a view of the water.

We have a dedicated work space and printer for your use along with helpful office supplies.

Ask about our Baby Gear Rental Fee $79, includes High chair, pack n' play (baby crib), sheets, blanket, toys, books, plastic dinnerware and other items - can be arranged for an additional fee. Just ask.
