CANCELLATION POLICY (regardless from which site you book)
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement. The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
This 3 bedroom/2.5bath fully furnished wonderful waterfront beach retreat with its spectacular views will never want to make you leave the beach. Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for up to 6 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.
1st LEVEL
On the main floor, you will find a beautiful open floor-plan featuring the living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious patio facing the water. You have wonderful bay views from each area of this floor. The ground level also offers a nice laundry room and a half bathroom, as well as the attached garage. You will love to cook in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It's stocked with everything you might possibly need.
2nd LEVEL
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and each has a balcony attached. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV, comfortable seating and an en suite bathroom with a big tub/shower. The balcony is furnished and offers absolutely breathtaking bay views and beyond. The other two bedrooms each offer a queen bed with TV and closet.

Enjoy the luxury of TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, free WiFi, central heating, AC, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron & ironing board.

PARKING
The garage fits two small cars or one small SUV. It is 8' wide, 8' tall and 32' long.
LOCATION
The 1,500 sq-ft house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE
Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 6 people (5 adults max)
For friend groups ALL must be over 30 years old, 5 adults max.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

We use our own website/merchant provider for payment processing.
