Slice Of Heaven

There is nothing like waking up and having your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the terrace. The sunset views are more beautiful than the photos show. The condo offers lovely accommodations and was perfect for our family. We traveled with two recently graduated High School seniors and their two friends so we were a party of six and never felt crowded. The AC worked perfectly, thank goodness. We had a slight plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms but the management company was quick to have a repair completed without any hassles to us. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Great location & amenities

This nicely furnished condo was a great space for our family of adult children to spend time together, but still have rooms to ourselves. The view overlooking the ocean was fabulous -- several mornings and evenings we watched whales spouting and breaching from our veranda. The resort has several pools and easy access to the beach. Grocery store and a food truck park are within walking distance. If you're looking for hassle-free escape, this is it.

Beautiful view with a few hiccups.

Very spacious condo for the 5 of us. A few household basic items missing but called management and they were brought to our room. Ice maker broken in frig and running toilet in one bathroom but maintenance came up quickly. The resort itself had wonderful staff and very helpful.

Incredible view and property!

This home #425 in the houna kai resort is more beautiful that the pictures on the website where we booked this vacation. Everything was perfect, the rooms are bigger than we thought and everything feels new and updated. Even the art on the walls is nice. The hotel has so many pools right outside the door and the view from the balcony is amazing. I can't recomend enough. I am so happy we stayed here. The KMB company that helped us was really great to work with and when we broke the coffee pot by accident we called them and they brought a new one 10 minutes later for free. Really good service. We will be back!

Maui time!

Check-in was super easy. Staff were very friendly. H425 is beautiful and has the best straight view to the ocean and to watch the beautiful sunset.The beach chairs were very convenient. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the long private lanai. We definitely book this room again! Mahalo!!

It is a magical place

We saw so many Whales from our window, we did a Whale Watching tour. Swam with turtles. We loved the pools and Dukes is a bonus.

Our stay has been nothing short of an absolute dream. It has exceeded every expectation! The resort property is so breathtakingly beautiful and the access to the beach is unbelievably convenient. Incredible beach with some of the best snorkeling we have experienced. The living space is big, and so unbelievably comfortable. The view is as good as it gets! Whale watching every morning while drinking coffee on the massive deck space. The pools are soooo fun!!! The kbm employees at the resort are the best in the biz. They have been so responsive and accommodating! I could seriously go on and on! We will be back and we will be sending our friends this way.

This is a lovely condo

This lovely condo far exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, and our family spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. There were seven of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was awesome and well maintained. Our unit (425) had a beautiful expansive view. The unit was very clean but very outdated. The furniture was well worn and in need of replacement. The patio wicker furniture had areas that were broken and snagged your clothing. The kitchen needed much attention: the dishwasher top rack was broken, shelves missing in the refrigerator, freezer ice shelf did not pull out, and many missing utensils/containers. The patio screen was broken. The property management company did a nice job of remedying many of issues as soon as possible. Again, the main living room/dining room needs replacement. A bit pricey for substandard furnishings.

Great location and unit was extremely accommodating to two larger families. The only downside was having to call for additional toiletries, as well as the unit not being cleaned well prior to arrival. The floor was black with dirt when we cleaned it ourselves. Overall a great stay for the whole family.

Great condo, worked perfectly for my family

Great condo, worked perfectly for my family. There were two adults and 4 teenagers (17/18 yr olds) and we all felt very comfortable. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, AC works GREAT and it was such a pleasure siting outside with our morning coffee's and evenings meals with spectacular sunset views.
