Welcome to 'Mockingbird Lane', a Snowbird friendly luxury rental house in the coveted neighborhood of Four Mile Village. Available for monthly rentals only, this home sits on a hill surrounded by lush trees with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The views from the front porch will take your breath away and make it difficult to leave for even a second! Four Mile Village is a quiet neighborhood where lush trees flourish and nature draws you in. Hike through the many trails in the neighborhood or stroll on the beach and take in the salty air. If you're looking for an extended stay at the beach, Mockingbird Lane awaits you!

Between the main house and the guest quarters, this home sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms. The main house's living space is spacious and provides gulf views through multiple sliding glass doors. Plush, white sofas surround a wood fireplace and flat-screen TV. Just off of the living room is a game area with a foosball table for your enjoyment. Gather around the wood dining room table and enjoy a feast with seating for eight and additional bar seating for three. The kitchen is lined with white cabinetry and ample counter space as well as LG and Kenmore appliances. This area is where you'll find yourself spending most of your time and enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean.

Three of the four bedrooms reside in the main house. A twin bedroom with two twin beds shares a bathroom with the living area and a queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has private access to the balconies where gulf views await. The best views, however, are from the master bedroom! Two sliding glass doors offer expansive views of the gulf and access to the balcony. In the private bathroom, you'll find a walk-in closet, his/hers vanities, and a tub/shower combination.

The final sleeping arrangements are located in the guest quarters. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with a flat-screen TV, the guest quarters is perfect for all. A queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed sleep six in this space. Guests also have access to the balconies through their own set of sliding glass doors.

The outdoor space is just as cozy and inviting as the inside! A covered lanai offers guests a place to sit and enjoy the views of the Gulf. An outdoor dining table seats six comfortably, making for a perfect place to play board games and grill out while watching the sunset.
