About this property

New air-conditioned apartment downtown on the marina 2 minutes from the beaches

Located in the heart of the city, directly on the marina and 2 minutes from the beaches, this new, air-conditioned 2-room apartment (50 m²) is located in a traditional Corsican stone house.
It is on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a terrace overlooking a garden and the marina, a living room (with a 140 cm sofa bed), a bedroom (bed double 140 cm), an open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave ...), a bathroom (WC, washing machine) and separate toilet. Linen and sheets are provided.
All the rooms are facing the sea, with a superb view of the Valinco gulf and the mountain.
The shops, restaurants of the city center are within walking distance and the bases for nautical activities (diving, windsurfing, sailing, jetski) as well as boat rentals and sea trips are at the foot of the house.
A deposit of € 500 will be requested upon delivery of the keys and payable by check to the owner.

Un accueil parfait des propriétaires qui habitent juste au dessus, un appartement idéalement placé avec une vue sur le port de la terrasse superbe. A savoir pas de WIFi dans l appartement. Manque un aspirateur pour le ménage, c pratique quand même ..

Une location à recommander. Un accueil et une disponibilité des propriétaires impeccable. Mme E. vous fera bien mieux l'article sur la région que le syndicat d'initiative local !!! Vous êtes à 3 mn de la première plage , entre 1 et 4 mn des restaurants et commerces , en fait l'entrée du logement est sur la rue la plus commerçante de Propriano , mais les pièces de vie donnent sur le port de plaisance , donc très(très) peu de nuisances sonores. L'appartement était d'une grande propreté et comporte tout le confort nécessaire à une location de vacances: lave vaisselle, lave linge , cuisine équipée , etc ...

Magnifiques vacances !

Avons passé deux semaine de rêve dans cet appartement qui était très bien ! Rien ne manque - juste parfait ! On trouve tous les magasins à deux pas. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas - on a passé un bon moment avec eux - si possibilité on va y retourner.

Très bel appartement, avec tout le confort et calme. Magnifique vue sur le port et la baie de Propriano. Au pied de la rue principale et ses commerces sans les inconvénients du bruit. Plage à 2 minutes. Une très belle rencontre avec des propriétaires discrets et charmants,qui ont su nous donner les bons conseils de promenades pour découvrir cette île merveilleuse. Il y a le choix en bars, restaurants, petites boutiques souvenirs… sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Je recommanderai cette location sans problème à des amis. Et pourquoi pas y revenir.

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans le golf du Valinco, appartement idéalement situé !

Propriétaires adorables ! De très bon conseils pour voir et visiter les allentours de propriano . L'appartement est implacable , seul petit bémol mais vraiment petit cest le manque d'une essoreuse ! Cest vraiment pour dire de trouver un petit défaut 😂 Tout était parfait ! Un grand merci 😊

Satisfaction totale en tout point. Charmant appartement trés bien équipé et confortable. Très agréable aussi avec une terrasse avec une vue sur le port , la mer... dont on ne se lasse pas. Idéalement bien plaçé ; pas de problème de stationnement. Sans parler de l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Charme et gentillesse

Séjour parfait qui restera dans notre mémoire. Un appartement refait récemment avec beaucoup de gout, propre et très pratique (linge de maison et équipements électroménagers). Situé à 2 pas du centre ville (facilité de stationnement), des commerces et agréablement calme ....la mer à 5mn à peine à pieds. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil dès notre arrivée, et tout au long de notre séjour, pour les bonnes adresses (la cuisine de Charlot quel régal!!!), leur gentillesse et leur entière disponibilité. Une bonne adresse qui vous ravira et que nous gardons en mémoire pour notre prochaine venue sur l'Ile de Beauté. Un clin d'œil de la Drôme, Didier et Caroline.
