Perfect for family(ies) with children ages (about) 4 and up, (split-level stairs not ideal for crawlers & toddlers). Can sleep up to 15 comfortably and has full size washer and dryer. Providence Hospital, Alaska Native Medical Center, and Alaska Regional Hospital just minutes away. University of Alaska-Anchorage & Alaska Pacific University, just minutes away. 5th Avenue Mall to the north and Dimond Center Mall to the south, just minutes away. We left Seattle, WA in 1992 to explore life in Alaska. We thought we'd give it a try for about two years, but little did we know how deeply in love we would fall with Alaska. 26 years and five children later, we know we will never leave.

Why they chose this property
Anchorage is the "hub" for much of the greater Alaska residents to seek medical attention, shop, rest and recreate. As a family, we know how much more a home provides convenience and comfort versus a hotel room - children need space to play and be themselves. As we were traveling to Anchorage from "the village" with our children, we learned a lot about the need for traveling mercies!
What makes this property unique
Comfortable home to relax in after a long day of activity, in a safe family neighborhood. Being near everything means less travel time to amenities.
