The home has 2 Free parking spaces & off street parking, high speed WiFi, is fully equipped w/ coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, plates, utensils, washer & dryer, & dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, a queen size sofa with a hide-a-bed, high chair and Pak'Play. PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

A beautiful home with everything we needed and was even equipped for our one year old grandson! We enjoyed the walking trials just a few blocks away. Hosts were great and the home was very clean. If we are back in Anchorage we will stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Deb and Ernie's place. It was in a great neighborhood with a quick walk to the Tony Knowles trail. The house itself was well stocked and perfect for 10 of us. We stayed here across 3 different stays on the same trip. The hosts were very flexible offering to keep some of our luggage while we left for a few days, since they didn't have another guest coming in immediately after we left. We made some great memories as a family and would love to visit again.

Everything was great except for the space was a bit malodorous. There was a letter left about high rain accumulations causing some other issues so not sure if it was related which is obviously out of their control. Location made downtown walkable, plenty of space for our group, responsive to any questions and made dinner recommendation!

The location of this property was very good. We could walk to trails and there was a playground nearby. The rental was very clean and had almost everything we needed. However when we blew up the air mattress there was a leak that was patched with duck tape. The owners were very responsive and brought another one to us the next day. Unfortunately, this too had a leak that was patched incorrectly. There were 5 queen beds so we were fine but a blowup mattress would have been more comfortable for our group of 10. We had a great time in Anchorage and would recommend this VRBO!

If you are looking for an amazing experience in Anchorage start here! You will be close to everything and since it is so comfortable you will be well rested. Our family recommends this, the host could not have been more gracious. When we come to Anchorage again you can bet we will be staying there. Clean, comfy and beautiful! A block away walking trails next to the water. Don’t wait and miss out!

I've enjoy Alaska’s great outdoors and spent years whitewater rafting, camping, fishing, snow machining and cross country sking. My love for the outdoors encouraged me to purchase an RV and travel to visit all the US National Parks. Currently I spend time between the Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage.
