HOUSE FEATURES:

BEDROOM: Separate the kids and the parents! Three bedrooms downstairs with two queen mattresses per room and a bathroom in every bedroom! The top floor has two master bedrooms with king size beds and personal bathrooms that have walk-in tile showers. All rooms have personal TV’s with Cable Television.

ENTERTAINMENT: There are two main 60 inch TV’s in the common areas and a personal 40 inch TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have cable and there is WI-FI throughout the House

KITCHEN: The kitchen is a cook's dream with an unbelievable abundance of custom cabinets complimented with granite counter tops. There is enough cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils for a family of 20 to cook any meal you desire.

PORCH: New in 2015, we added a wicker bench, chair, and a chaise lounge to read your book or drink your coffee as you watch the waves roll in.

ELEVATOR: Sea Stars II is built on stilts; less mobile people will love using the elevator and the elevator is a nice luxury to haul all of your luggage to the top floor.

CUSTOM POOL AND HUGE SPA: We have a heater for the pool for the early spring and late fall. The Spa will reach 100+ degrees year around. The 12x35 pool is flat bottomed so the kids can enjoy the entire length. The pool also has a tanning ledge and a 10-person spa. There is plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun or the shade and comfy durable tables to enjoy your snack and meals on those fun summer days.

GRILL and OUTDOOR SHOWER: There is a new large Brinkman grill that will accommodate all of your outdoor grilling needs, its located on a dedicated patio to allow more space for games and lounging. The outdoor shower is located on a secluded paved patio to get that afternoon rinse.
ACCESSIBLE: The house is equipped with a walk-in shower and an elevator is available to afford those with difficulties in climbing stairs the opportunity to vacation along with their friends and family.
