A relaxing Get-Away that sits on The 9th Hole - Lago Vista Country Club. Lake Travis is in view front the Front Porch, and there is great Boating, Fishing, Water Sports, and Golfing to be had.

Lago Vista is a Lake Community that you will miss if you blink your eyes! Many residents retire and head there, as it is quite a serene and scenic city.

For other fun and adventurous things, you are nestled within some of the most scenic parts of Texas. If hiking is your thing, you're in the right place.....Austin Nightlife? About 40 minutes away!

Or if you're simply interested in chilling, there is a swimming pool (for Summer), great view of Nature - including The Lake, and plenty of Deer!

We are Texas Natives, and we currently reside in Fort Worth, TX. Because we do not get to visit this propery as much as planned, we have decided to open it to renters. We have 4 children ranging in age from 26-to-13.

We met in College, University of Nkrth Texas amd have been married for 27 years.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because it us truly a get away from the hustle and bustle of life. There is no rushing and rat racing in Lago Vista. The people are super friendly, and Austin, Along with many other quaint cities, are just up the hiway.

What makes this property unique

Biggest benefit to us is enjoying nature out here, which include deer-watching. But getting on the water to fish or play is great fun!
